[Resistive] Totally love this thing. Destroys everything I throw at it with resources to spare. Grab some headphones cause this thing can get loud under a load of graphically complex gaming. It is to be expected though. Totally worth every penny! 5

[96 ppi] This is a replacement for an eight year old MSI GP70 ( modified). The differences are phenomenal. As I work in a graphics heavy environment (research associate) with large amounts of data I knew that I needed a machine that was more capable than what I was using. As the old machine was starting to have issues I started looking for the next machine. I had specifications in mind and this MSI GE78HX exceeds those specifications ( the price did not hurt either). The only thing this unit was lacking was a second SSD, I have since remedied that issue with a 2TB Samsung 990 pro. This thing is fast, surprisingly so, my data analytics no longer slows the system down and my large graphics processing files are handled with ease. My only regret, I could not buy 2 of these. 5

[17"] Bought this beast week ago so far i'm enjoing it as replaced my 7 year old aorusx7v7 ,this product is made of good quality it's solid and not heavy at all for the size , no complains at all just would be more better if MSI had an better command control all in one app for overclocking cpu-gpu ect like most other brands do have besides that it's good 5

[20 ms] Got this perfect gaming laptop for about 2200$ when you can find it on Amazon for 3800$. Just added another 2TB SSD gen 4 and it is a spaceship. Msi ge78hx with 4080 was my upgrade coming from a mei titan gt75 with 1080. Thank you B&H for this amazing offer. Best laptop ever. All the people who commented negative on this laptop are either bots or Mac-chicken users. 5
