[Plastic] I purchased this protector to apply to used Panasonic FZ150. The LCD screen was scuffed/ scratched pretty badly. Not deep scratches you could feel, but the coating on the screen was removed from possibly rubbing against a button or clothing over a period of time. Since this particular protector was made for the FZ1000, it left a 1/16 border on all 4 sides of the original screen showing. It may also do that for the FZ1000. What it did do is make all the scuffs and scratches nearly invisible. The screen looks fantastic. If you already have scuffs or non-penetrating scratches on your LCD screen, this will not only protect it from future ones, it will make those you already have disappear. When this protector becomes damaged, simply remove it and put on a new one. Highly recommended! 5

[0.01 lb] A little tricky for all thumbs me to attach to camera screen so had my daughter attach it. Works like a charm and protects the camera screen from constant finger touching. This is a Extra that is well worth applying to the camera. 5

[Dry Adhesion] A shield is pretty much a no-brainer but it applied easily, is very clear, and works well. The application instructions included triple redundancy with a bit of humor included... if you screw this process up you probably can't make your own coffee either! 5

[6.1 x 4 x 0.01"] I confess to not being able to follow instructions well, so the fact that I got this screen on my FZ1000 LCD monitor fairly well with a wrinkle at one corner is amazing to me. I guess the protection is worth the angst of application. 5
