The Toa DP-SP3 Digital Speaker Processor 2-In/6-Outis a 1RU rackmountable signal processor designed for 3-way multi-amp systems in venues, banquet halls, houses of worships, restaurants, gymnasiums, and more. It features an equalizer, crossover, digital matrix, compressor, and delay. It also features an input pad, an analog output attenuator, an output mute control, front panel LED metering, 16 re-callable presets, an EQ characteristic library for optimization of TOA speakers, and contact input terminals. The unit includes a CAT5 connection for software control from a PC over a local area network.

The unit features 24-bit 96 kHz sampling resolution, 10 filters on each input, and 12 filters on each output for any combination of high/low shelving filters, all-pass, notch filters, CD horn equalizers, high/low pass filters, or parametric equalizer. It includes four contact input terminals for output volume control, output muting, and memory recall. The unit comes with a power cord, eight 3P removable terminal plugs, one 5P removable terminal plug, and a CD-ROM containing software for Windows.

A: Yes a memory card is included, but it is only 2MB ( about 5 minutes of 8 tracks). Fortunately SD cards are very affordable - I suggest getting one with a rating of 10 inside a circle on it!

Q: 10. Can you adjust the pitch while recording? I want to record a melody on one track, raise its pitch to record a harmony that is too low for me on another track, then lower the pitch on both tracks to the original key.

A: You can't pitch shift on the device itself. However, you could export the tracks to a computer, open the files up in audacity or some DAW and pitch shift it there. You could then import the tracks back in and continue tracking/mixing. That's the only way I can think of that might work while still mostly using the Portastudio.

[10 lb] I also bought this for an external speaker for my FoxPro Spitfire predator call. I have used the call recently and it works great, really raised the volume, exactly what I was looking for. Cheaper than the Foxpro speakers. 5

[110 dB or more] Nothing in it's price class comes even close. This unit is rock solid, easy to use, and offers great flexibility. It can be used as a delay, crossover, eq, limiters, and many other audio needs. With 4 ins and 8 outs, the setup can be almost endless. You can use outputs 1 & 2 as Master LR, outputs 3 -6 for delay lines, and 7 & 8 as a biamped monitor send. I would definitely spec and install this unit on any of my installations. 5

[110 dB or more] Hey folks! I Paired this SC-615T paging horn up with a Bogen C60 and one PM660U microphone and this small little system screamed. [2 x 6] Bought for the chorus area of our cavern acoustic church, these speakers were the perfect solution. Sound is uniform and can be heard up to the front. Sound quality is top notch as well as the speakers construction. Built like tanks, will last a long time but they are heavy. We are happy with the results. 5
