A: Most probably your light meter is off and needs calibration.

A: You can do that if your camera doesn't have the 160 ASA position, but the right thing to do it is to set as 160 instead 100.

A: The actual sleeve is larger than 13x19, although I've never measured it. It fits a 13x19 print inside of it perfectly.

A: As the Canon FT was and is a 35mm camera introduced by Canon in the mid 1960's utilizing 35mm film and Kodak Portra 400 is available in 35mm size then they will definitely work together. However Kodak Portra 400 is substantially a portrait film with an excellent ISO speed of 400 which makes it highly flexible and suitable for most lighting situations but may not deliver the colours in serene settings that you may want. Perhaps a better choice is either Kodak UltraMax 400 or Fuji Superia XTRA 400 colour negative films that cover just about all picture taking situations at the same ISO speed as Kodak Portra 400 but with more flexibility and adaptability in most picture taking situations.
