A: Hi;I don't believe there is any (or very little) paper in this paper . The product appears to be a film with an emulsion layer and metallic (aluminum?) added for reflective purposes. Therefore, there would be no wood acid . That would make it similar to their white gloss film. I have used both for display prints in the 13 x 19 size and Epson 1400 photo printer. Both papers give excellent results.Rich Narf

Q: 7. I've been getting some pronounced banding, about 1/2 apart with the canvas on a Canon printer. Is it because I'm using a dye ink? Paperwork says it is designed for pigment.

A: The printheads are about 1/2 apart. So it sounds like an absorbency issue with the ink. This is usually caused from ink incompatibility.

[90%] For larger prints, 11X14 and above my clients prefer textured paper to the metallic look. For smaller prints, this paper obviously brings out the detail far better and is much more desired. 5

[90%] I am very satisfied with this product. Prints are fantastic in metallic canvas and looks great framed. I used them to make a canvas board by gluing canvas to 4 ply or 6 ply backing board. Photo of framed canvas board print with Stare Fair Image award. 5

[7 lb] I create clocks by buying them at thrift stores and after installing a new movement and hands I use the metallic paper to create a new face using my photography. The metallic paper is perfect for this. Thank you so much. 5

[1x Paper Roll] I use it for the last 4-6 years to print landscapes and wildlife/birds using Canon PRO-100 printer. Result is always excellent. 5

[Single] I photograph loads of city and landscapes and printed them using this paper. I remembered using a metallic paper on a large format printer in school and craved that glimmer and some once more. I am VERY pleased with the results as my larger photos were printed on aluminum and these prints replicate that look to the T. I only really work in black and white with a wide range of grays, blacks, and whites, but each tone is enhanced by the metallic satin. 5

[7 lb] Really nice canvas for ink jet printers. Easy to load in top or bottom printer feed. I was shocked how easy it was to use compared to other ink jet canvas used in the past. Great finish and color. sed on a Canon Pro 9000 printer. Used the photo g;oss 2 setting and the pictures came out perfect. 5

[90%] I'd been using the metallic satin and when I ran across the metallic canvas in a sample pact I knew I needed more. I have put up a few poster snap frames and then the canvas is fully exposed. Just really nice, but remember to tell your printer you are printing on a canvas media. 5
