[4] I have 4 of these stands and they work quite well. I put the Lowell Omni lights on them. They fold down perfectly and fit well in to my carry on travel bag. 5

[Round] They fit in my carry on bag when I have to do travel shoots. They are pretty light weight and portable. Easy to set up. Would definitely recommend for a travel kit. They do not hold a ton of weight though, so keep that in mind, but they hold my LED hotlights. 5
