The Rycote Super Softie Windshield for Shotgun Mic (5.9" Long, 0.7 to 0.9" Diameter) features an aerodynamic shape and surface structure made from the company's 3D-Tex material, which allows for attenuation of wind noise with acoustic transparency. The S-Mic 2S is 5.83" (148mm) long and the inside depth of the windshield is 5.9" (150mm) long, so which is longer than the length of the microphone. [1] Unless you need to record audio on the beach during a hurricane this Rycote Super Softie will protect against wind noise on most windy days. It is well build, easy to put on/remove from the microphone and it is attractive. 5

[1] I'd been running a rode video mic pro for years, and it finally started crapping out on me. While this isn't the most expensive Sennheiser out there, it's still worth a pretty penny. I decided to go for the buy once, cry once approach and have a mic I can depend on for my work. 5

Si estas empezando es una de las mejores opciones. son algo costosos pero valen la pena, el audio es muy limpio, aunque recogen bastante sonido de la parte de atras tambien. ideal para entrevistas. Viene con cable XLR to 3.5 para conectarlo directo en tu camara, la espuma windscreen, una montura para hotshoe y un estuche para guardar todo. 5
