You get the Dual Side focus markings, unified aperture and focus gear ring distance, (simplifying lens changes) and color matching. If you do not intend to get a DS set and plan more casual use, then save some money and get the less expensive one. If you plan more intensive video use then spend the money, get a set of DS lenses and enjoy the benefits.
