A: The IK Multimedia iRig Pro Duo Studio Suite Deluxe does not include a power supply for the i-rig Pro Duo since it is bus powered. You may purchase a universal power supply on our site; B&H# HOACD477. The package includes only 1 microphone (pictured with a front and rear view) - the iRig Mic Studio XLR. This mic includes a desktop mic stand and mic cable. Lastly, the Music Production Bundle includes a variety of software for GarageBand and other recording applications; namely SampleTank 3 SE, Miroslav Philharmonik 2 CE, AmpliTube 4, T-RackS Deluxe for mix and mastering, and mic room.

Q: 2. Does the headphone out have its own volume control?

A: Yes it does. On the lower portion of the unit are two large dials. The one on the right is the Headphone volume control while the one on the left is the Main Out control.

A: The IK Multimedia iRig Pro Duo Studio Suite Deluxe uses a lighting connection into Apple iOS devices.

Q: 4. Will this device be recognized by the Cisco WebEx Meetings app on iOS?

A: iRig Pro Duo I/O will work with any software which allows external audio input from digital devices. The Cisco WebEx Meetings app team should be able to let you know if this will work.

Q: 5. I bought this product and works well as a microphone with iPhone. However till I unplug it the iPhone speaker is disabled so can’t hear playback. Anyway around this?

A: When any output device is connected to iOS, the built-in speaker is disabled. This is similar to when headphones are connected to your iOS device. Unfortunately, this is not not behavior which can be altered at this time, but we do hope Apple changes this in the future.

A: The IK Multimedia iRig Pro Duo comes with a USB cable to connect it directly to a PC. You can go to your Settings----Sound menu in your computer while the interface is turned on, to make sure the Irig Pro Duo is selected as the audio input/output source for your computer. No one to my knowledge has yet confirmed compatibility with Linux and IK Multimedia has not confirmed compatibility with Linux.

[0.55 lb] Received my I/O and immediately plugged it in, I was blown away at the easy steps to adjust the quality output. The Green/Amber/Red lights help and are very much a reflection of what is actually going out. I found playing on the edge of green with an occasional very light amber flicker produced what I wanted. I have now done over 25 IG Live and Zoom sessions using the device. It is exactly what I wanted. It produced exactly what I was looking for as a DJ. I almost forgot to mention how very simple it is, going straight from either Master or Booth Outputs on my Pioneer DDJ SX2 into the iRig I/O and into my iPhone for IG and just as easy going to the USB on the Laptop running the Zoom session. NO REGRETS. 5

[0.55 lb] We are now short a drummer on occasion at church and so I needed to do drum tracks. There are Roland drums at church and I also have a Roland kit at home. I have a nice Steinberg audio interface for my iPad 6 running Cubasis but thought why not just use MIDI to record/edit/fix/playback the drum tracks. The Steinberg while great for audio (and MIDI) is kind of big in comparison and a cabling hassle with the additional Lightning camera interface and two wall warts. This IK is awesome. Just the Lightning cable between it and the iPad, and one MIDI cable to either the home (recording) or church (playback) Roland. That's it. Sure it takes battery from the iPad but that's no problem. For me it's a feature to not need a wall wart. I am always recharging multiple devices near-daily anyway. 5

[0.55 lb] I’ve been using IK Multimedia audio software for years on a Windows PC platform. This was my first hardware purchase in order to use my iPad as a portable recording studio. You can use the iRig HD 2 to get extremely low latency when using and recording with your iOS apps (and also Windows PC platform) but my primary reason for this purchase is to have a robust yet compact portable audio interface for recording my guitar. IK Multimedia is well known for being makers of high quality audio software and hardware and this inexpensive interface is no different. It’s made of robust plastic and will allow you to connect to a several connecting ports like iOS lightning interface, USB, USB-C and also comes with the necessary cables for each! I plug my guitar into the iRig and run a cable from the amp output direct to my amp. I then plug a lightning cable from the iRig to my iPad. I use an app from Jam Origin called MIDI Guitar 2 which allows me to use my guitar as a real-time MIDI controller to then play my virtual synths. I then run the headphone output of my iPad to the monitors for the accompanying sounds. This is a great inexpensive interface that you will get a lot of mileage from. 5

[0.55 lb] I am novice guitarist who has only guitars and an amp but does not have any pedals. I want to try some effect pedals but don't want to make so many errors to find the right ones. I know some good multi-effects pedals but they also cost me at least around $150. This product is just right one for me! This item allows me to explore all the different effects available in Amplitube. I highly recommend this one for those who start to play the electric guitars with a limited budget. So great!! 5
