The LanParte Shoulder-Mount Combo Rig Kit ABS Casefeatures a height-adjustable baseplate with dual 15mm LWS rod clamps and a quick-release camera plate. The height of the baseplate is adjustable up to 1.6" by loosening a single knob, allowing you to achieve proper lens height when using a matte box or follow focus. A pair of 11.8" long 15mm rods come included.

The quick-release plate features a dovetail design that slides or drops onto the baseplate, locking into place using a release lever. The plate includes 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera screws, with threads on the side of baseplate provided for storing the unused screw. A safety lock prevents the plate from sliding off the baseplate when attached. For mounting on tripods and other equipment, there are 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes on the bottom of the baseplate.

Q: 2. Is this recommended for a C100 mark 1?

A: This is a generic design kit and is compatible with the C100 Mark I. However, some cinematographers find mounting the camera directly on top of the shoulder support is a better configuration for cinema cameras like C100, you can search VMS-01 which is our shoulder support specifically designed for cinema cameras and build up the rest of the kit piece by piece!

A: This works with 15mm LWS rods.

Q: 4. Does this work with a Panasonic GH4?

A: This Lanparte Starter DSLR Camera Rig Kit works very well with the Panasonic GH4. It is capable of handling all mirrorless cameras like the GH4 plus the physically larger DSLRs as well.

Q: 5. does this work with the canon t5i?

A: This will be compatible with the Canon T5I.

Q: 6. Will I need to get an offset adjustment plate to use with a Zacuto viewfinder?

A: If you want your eye behind the LCD, yes you need to use the LanParte Offset Clamp B&H # LAOFC01 that is included in this package.

Q: 7. does it work with Samyang 14mm cine lens and nikon D810?...thanks!

A: Yes it will work perfectly with your 14mm prime. Just make sure when you purchase matte box, go for the bigger ones like our MB-02 in the future.

Q: 8. Will this work with the new BMPCC4K?

A: This rig is designed for DSLR cameras, however you should be able to use the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K with it as well.

Q: 9. Is this rig suitable for a Sony A7II?

A: You won't have any problems using this rig. The follow focus as well as the bridge plate are adjustable. [1.6" / 40 mm] The shoulder rig is highly customizable and works well with my Canon 6D. I bought a cheese plate to mount more accessories and next I'll buy a counterweight. It's a good base to work off of but depending on your needs you may need to buy more accessories. 5

[2.15 lb] This is my first rig. I use a Canon 5D III with it and I think it's great.� Wish the baseplate was compatible with Manfrotto quick release plates, but that's not something to be expected. I did buy a counterweight and it helps a lot. The follow focus is almost worth the price of the whole unit. Really good product 5

[2.15 lb] This rig, right out of the box, was easy to assemble and incredibly sturdy. The shoulder pad is very comfortable, the leather handles provide a strong (and stylish) grip. All together it takes about one minute to assemble and once broken down, takes almost no space in a bag. A must have for those who aren't keen on gimbals. 5

[11.8" / 300 mm] I bought this to compliment my IKAN Tilta 3 components for my Sony FS5 and Nikon D810 when the full cage wasn't needed. All parts between the two products are interchangeable, which was my biggest concern. The follow focus is very good with geared lenses. I wasn't impressed with the geared adapter, even though it is adequate. The locking knobs secure the components to the rods tightly. The construction is high quality. I finished filming a short video with it last week and I have no regrets on the purchase. 5

[2.15 lb] I took a risk with the Lanparte. I had never heard of the brand before. I have been using it since then exclusively. It is fantastic, I keep purchasing more of Lanparte products, and plan to for a long time to come. I do plan to purchase a Gold Mount of V Mount Pinch soon, in retrospect I should have purchased the version with the pinch from the beginning, but whats great about Lanparte, is I can get the pinch separate and put them together. 5
