A: I would say the safe capacity of this is in the 15-20 lb range. Since this for use as a cage for a camera, lens and accessories it should only be used for that purpose. Any other would be a situation of proceeding at your own risk.

A: This device works reasonably well with cine lenses IF you set it up properly so that the gears align. It's Not the greatest follow focus, but it's good for the price. The adjustable band/belt Christopher R. refers to, does come with the unit. Personally, I'd be reluctant to use it, my ground is that I had to fiddle with the adjustments quite a bit in order for it to work properly and not try to move the lenses around or slip, you could try it. If you intend on getting cine lenses in the future it's definitely a workable device.

Q: 10. I was wondering if this is able to be reverse front to back on the gears and Left to Right side. In the pictures it shows that it is possible, just like the smallrig. 100+ grams heavier but probably more sturdy?
