The adjustable band/belt Christopher R. refers to, does come with the unit. Personally, I'd be reluctant to use it, my ground is that I had to fiddle with the adjustments quite a bit in order for it to work properly and not try to move the lenses around or slip, you could try it. If you intend on getting cine lenses in the future it's definitely a workable device.
