A: 3.75" isn't half of 7" & might not be possible. Unless you are referring to 3.5" x 5" which is half of 7" so you can set the software to print 2 images on a 5 x 7 & have the machine cut it to 2 3.5" images. If you only print one 3.5" x 5 then the other half would be wasted.

Q: 10. I'm confused about the wheels. I'm reading they don't pivot 360 degrees like a Matthews stand. Is this true or did the reviewer not mount them properly?

A: The wheels do indeed rotate 360 degrees. I dont see a way to assemble th stand that would prevent the rotation. You could stop the rotation if the brakes were engaged.
