[750 images] We have an Olympus P-400 and P-440 (now acting as doorstops) that we WOULD have used until they wore out, but Olympus discontinued the media for them years ago (still holding onto a resentment for that one). Sort of ignored the market the past few years, but then discovered the DS820A. It turns out an excellent quality print and is FAST! And a change of finish doesn't involve changing the ribbon. I would say that DNP has achieved dye-sub perfection. 5

[750 images] With recent increases in prices for holiday cards, why not buy a dye sub printer with a mere 2 year payback period instead? 5x7 prints fit nicely in an envelope and now I can print out all my vacation photos on a whim. Media prices for this printer put it on a par with ordering out for prints, but with the difference you can spot errors and fix them immediately. 5
