For larger venue installs, the 120V Da-Lite 24864B Tensioned Large Advantage Deluxe Electrol Screenfrom Da-Lite 24864B Tensioned Large Advantage Deluxe Electrol Screenis designed to eliminate the extra step of finishing the screen with trim. The Advantage line of projection screens is designed with ceiling trim already in place. Once the case is installed, the integrated trim conceals the rough opening, eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

Tensioned screens ensure the smoothest surface possible, and the screen features a closure door that hides the open space and screen in the ceiling, providing a cleaner aesthetic. The screen features simple in-ceiling installation that can be done in two stages. The screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage, and the fabric assembly can be completed during the finishing stage.

A: The VariZoom VZPGC20 20-Pin Zoom Control for Canon CN-E 18-80mm & 70-200mm Lenses is designed for Canon lenses. The recommended zoom control for the Fujinon ZK19-90mm T2.9 Cabrio Lens (PL Mount) would be Fujinon Digital Zoom Demand Controller for ENG/EFP Lenses, BH #FUERD10AD01M.

Q: 3. Will this work with a Panasonic HC-X1000?

A: This controller is for Sony and Canon LANC compatible cameras. It will not work with the HC-X1000, however we do have some Panasonic compatible controllers that will work. B&H # VAVZPROPZFI is the Panasonic version of this controller and is a good fit for the HC-X1000.

Q: 4. What is the color temperature in Kelvin of the Elinchrom strobes?

A: The flash are 5600k.

Q: 5. will this work with the JVC GY-HM600U?

A: Yes, this will work with the JVC GY-HM600U using the 2.5 mm remote port.

Q: 6. Does this include the 8pin cable with the controller?

A: This controller comes with a 40 inch 8-pin cable.

Q: 7. What is the color temperature for this unit? Is it the same as the dlite 200ws? And does the temperature change with increase in flash power?

A: According to Elinchrom, all of the current D-Lite RX monolights have a flash tube balance for 5500 Kelvin when the units are set to full power. Unfortunately, there is no information regarding what the color temperature would be at lower power settings.

Q: 8. Bought a new Canon XF-705. Will this function well with this? Any ideas for other controllers? We tried the Manfrotto arm controller and an older Canon and all were wonky and not reliable with it. Thanks!

A: The XF705 has a LANC input, this controller should work well with it.

Q: 9. Does this come with the clamper to put on a tripod arm?

A: Yes, the clamp is included.

Q: 10. will this work with the canon xa30 camcorders

A: Yes, this LANC controller should work with the Canon XA30. The XA30 has a standard Canon LANC input.

[16:9] We use the screen in our church sanctuary once or twice a month. Installing it was an adventure with the weight and length, but several sections of scaffolding and a couple friends made the install move along nicely. The instructions for wiring were right on and it worked first try! The image is right on and visible the entire length of our viewing area (over 100'). 5

[Yes] I installed in my living room in between ceiling joists. It works great. I use it with a Panasonic HD projector. It impresses everyone who walks in the room. Has a clean appearance when retracted. Note: it didn't come with a 12v trigger as both the B&H customer service rep and myself thought it did. We both misunderstood the description (it's optional.) The part was available at Da-Lite for $80 and came with no instructions. I got it to work after a few emails and chats with da-lite. Also, I ended up placing some holes in the top of the case to mount using 8 Lag bolts into the 2nd story floor structure. All the hardware that comes with it assumes you will have access to hang it from the top which requires access via the side while it's in it's final position. I was putting it in a hole the size of the case in my finished ceiling so that method would not work ( I would have had to remove and re-install a lot of drywall). I knew this before I purchased by reading the installation instructions so no worries just a fact and maybe a consideration for future changes to the case or just the directions. 5

[Yes] This screen was installed in a small conference room with an NEC projector. The screen can be wall or ceiling mounted, and this flexibility came in handy when we had to switch to a ceiling mount at the last moment. The screen presents very well, and is unobtrusive when retracted. The tensioning system works nicely, and we didn't have to change any of the factory settings for the drop. I would have liked to see some additional mounting holes for attaching the screen to studs in the wall, so the installer has more options for wall mounting. 5

[Front] This Screen was easy to install. It took 3 people and 2 ladders to get the job done. The remote is really not needed but i opted to install it as well. The motor runs really smooth. The screen is nice and wide. A really good buy. 5
