A: This is only for RRS Versa S.3 Tripods

A: I can't imagine how this runway stand base would work with a Dana doll. This is a roller base. Insert a C-Stand riser column into it's receiver, and you've got a rolling light or monitor stand. Very sturdy and a good buy.

A: The minimum working height of this Kupo Shorty Stand would be 27.8".

Q: 9. How does this product work? It doesnt seem to have a compressing/clamping feature.

A: The two spiked pins would secure the foam core to the clamp using the pre-drilled holes. The clamp then inserts into a standard grip head to hold the foam core in any position needed.

[Steel] Very handy with a Manfrotto Super Clamp on a C-Stand. Many uses. Use it to hang coiled cable, head phones, camera and gear bags, sandbags where needed. Use both hooks mounted on C-Stands to support a crossbar for backdrops or adding lights. 5

[Steel] I use this product along with the Krupp 40" Riser C-Stand, it works very good when it gives me the extra three feet of reach. Just be sure to use weights to keep it from tilting over. 5

[Steel] I wanted a grip arm shorter than 40. I chose this Kupo product not only because of its shorter length but also for the flat that is cut at the end for mounting items that won't spin. The grip head is fixed. The black finish is even and looks to be durable. 5
