The Roland Blues Cube Artist 80W 1x12 Guitar Ampfrom Roland Blues Cube Artist 80W 1x12 Guitar Ampis equipped with 80W of power, and a 12" speaker with Tube Logic design. The versatile Clean and Crunch channels can be used independently or combined for a complex range of tones, while variable output power modes let you dial in burning, full-throttle sound at any volume. The open-back cabinet features poplar plywood construction, designed to offer an acoustically vibrant tone for solo or group performances.

The Blues Cube Artist has two independent channels: one voiced for cleaner tones, and the other for crunch. Each channel has its own Boost and Tone switches to shape the character. The Clean channel's single volume control dials in natural tube fullness and bite as the volume is cranked, while the Crunch channel's variable gain control provides a range of grit flavors from mild to aggressive. With the press of a switch, the Dual Tone mode lets you blend both channels together for a wide range of rich tones. And like a vintage tube amp, the Blues Cube works well with stompboxes, allowing you to further shape your personal sound by hitting the amp's front end with your favorite gain pedals.

For effects, the Blues Cube Artist features onboard reverb and tremolo, plus an effects loop for patching in external effects. The rear panel has jacks for connecting an optional footswitch such as the GA-FC Foot Controller (sold separately), which provides remote switching for channel selection, Dual Tone mode, and on/off for the built-in tremolo and effects loop. In addition, the amp's USB jack allows you to capture the Blues Cube Artist's rich tones directly into your computer recording applications.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can the Lume Cube Panel Mini work on Sony cameras using the silent electronic shutter without having banding and uneven illumination?

A: Yes, the following unit features a mount type 1/4"-20 Female opening that can adapt to the hot shoe of the camera. In order to avoid banding or florescent flickering we highly suggest adjusting your anti flicker settings.

Q: 2. The FEL bulbs I buy for my Ex88 are 1000W. Is this 85W LED even close to that output?

A: The Lowel Rifa EX 88 LED 80W Bulb & Diffuser Kit does not approach 1000W in output.

Q: 3. How long will the battery last while continuously on?

A: Run time will vary. The light is a 80w LED. You can divide the batteries Wh by the 80 to get the run time.

Q: 4. Is there an LED replacement for a Rifalight 44?

A: No, the following system will only work with the following Rifa systems 55,66, and 88 systems.

Q: 5. What, no specs?

A: Please find details here on the manufacturer's site... https://www.moabpaper.com/moab-artist-cards I have also requested that our page be updated by our web team to include this information.

Q: 6. Is the LED bulb's brightness (lumens) the same or less than as an incandescent bulb?

A: The led lamp draws up to 80 watts and is in most casers brighter than an 80 watt incandescent bulb. Lowel/Tiffen does not list the actual lumens of the bulb. But it is brighter than a 60-80 watt tungsten house hold bulb.

Q: 7. Is this product 200 gsm?

A: Yes, the Moab Artist Cards and Envelopes (4.5 x 5.8", 100 of Each) (BH #MOAC46WH100 • MFR #R08-MAC46WH100) is 200 GSM.

Q: 8. I am using a MacBook Pro with an external monitor. How do I correctly connect the Soundslayer via HDMI? And do I use one or two HDMI cables?

A: The Panasonic SC-HTB01PP Sound Slayer 80W Stereo Soundbar has 1 HDMI Audio/Video input and 1 HDMI Audio/Video output. You would use 1 HDMI cable going from an available HDMI output on your computer, into the Panasonic SC-HTB01PP. You can go from the 1 HDMI Audio/Video output on the Panasonic SC-HTB01PP, into your external monitor, using a 2nd HDMI cable.

Q: 9. Please clarify. Does that mean it ONLY connects to phones or can it connect to other types of cameras that are NOT phones but still have wireless capability?

A: The manufacturer has defined support for only iOS and Android capable devices, which is primarily targeted at smartphones and/or tablets.

Q: 10. I have a M1 MacBook Pro currently running 2 external monitors. If I connect the SoundSlayer to the computer via a HDMI cable, will it still work? Because apparently the SoundSlayer is being identified as another external monitor when connected and my MacBook Pro is only able to support up to a maximum 2 external monitors.

A: The more ideal way to do this without sending video signal and audio signal to the Panasonic SC-HTB01PP soundbar at the same time, would be to utilize the Optical audio input as opposed to the HDMI Video/Audio input. If your audio is coming out of your headphone output by default for example, you can use an analog to digital converter like B&H # GEATVDA to send only your audio signal to the Panasonic SC-HTB01PP.

[1 x 12" (30 cm)] Been using this for a few months now. Works perfect for at-home use. I can crank my amps but at a reasonable volume with no noticeable tone loss. Being able to use the headphone port is a life saver because I can play after the kids go to sleep. Haven't had a chance to record with it yet. Last thing to mention... it's beautiful in-person. Looks like a well-designed piece of furniture.

[68 W] I am really enjoying this amplifier! The sounds are great and it was for a good price. Still figuring out how to use it to its full potential, but as an intermediate player, it's well suited for my needs.

[41.6 lb] This little amp sounds fantastic. I’ve had the best results using an over the ear style headphone but it works decent with my in-ears as well. The battery lasts a good amount of time, it’s easy to use and the different tones I can get are truly satisfying. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this for a recording or band practice.

[68 W] My son has been playing his electric guitar for about two years.  Usually its plugged into his regular amp, which is loud.  But there are times when we cant have the noise in the house, either due to homework, a phone call, or someone watching television or a movie in the other room.  The VOX amPlug has solved the problem.  He can play with the amPlug plugged into the guitar, and hooked up to his headphones.  He hears the electric sound of the guitar through his headphones, while the only sound audible to the rest of us is the strumming of the strings, which is not loud enough to disturb the quiet activities going on.  As far as the sound quality, I asked my son how he liked it after a couple of weeks of using it.  He replied that it sounds good to him.  (And the silence sounds good to me!)

[41.6 lb] Sounds great. Compact (doesn't take up much desk space.). Easy to program. I use set-lists and scenes as a work-around for lack of snapshots. Compared to my Helix LT - much less expensive; much smaller and less heavy; BUT no snapshots; no programming with computer connection (HxEdit); takes a bit of effort to type on keyboard screen due to size. I like it.

[27 x 22 x 14"] The AC30 is great for practicing when others want to sleep. It's very compact and fits in the accessories compartment in my guitar case. Tone is good (not great), and certainly acceptable for practicing. Given its small size, I don't think anyone can expect killer tone. I find the effects (Chorus, Delay, Reverb) a bit cheesy and don't use them. The volume is sufficient with headphones. I've used it with Sennheiser Momentums (18 ohm) and AKG K240 MkII (55 ohm). I've also tried it with a JBL Charge. I had to crank the Charge to full volume for the sound to fill a small room. But hey ... that makes for a very portable amp solution.
