A: I found this ring to not be wide enough for my Godox softboxes. If you have the S-Type speedlite mounts for reference, this is about an inch narrower and doesn't hold the box on as well as they do. Sorry that I don't have the exact diameter for you at the moment.

A: 142mm/5.59" inch. The lip is 3.30mm/.129" inch This was to big and did not fit my speed ring where the insert diameter on that one measures to 139-140mm. Although it states Bowens S, it does fit the mount on my strobe. There are slight tolerances between some of the Bowens accessories so this may or may not fit exactly.

[Fiilex] This drop in Fresnel adds about a stop to your exposure..and in some cases up to 20% more power. Use this even with the dome diffuser to add more power. 5

[LED] This diffuser cap mounts onto the P-100 with two little magnets. It just kind of neatly snaps into place, and the magnets hold it tight. This accessory hasn't left my light since I bought it. It adds a lovely natural softness to the light and eliminates hot spots. Just wish it wasn't quite so expensive! 5

[LED] It's a simple little addition to the light source. Can't do much wrong with a piece of moulded plastic, but wondering if it may lead to an overheating issue if used for an extended period of time. The quick attachment magnets are a nice touch. 5
