Print photos for a portfolio, art reproductions, or simple greeting cards and postcards with this 36" x 50' roll of Innova Soft White Cotton Fine Art Paper Roll 36x50from Innova. It is made from a cotton and alpha cellulose mixed base and offers a basis weight of 280 gsm with a thickness of 16 mil. It has a natural white color along with an excellent whiteness of 103% and a brightness of 96%. Also, the slightly textured matte surface is instant drying and the paper is acid and lignin free for longevity.

Q: 1. From what I can tell, Epson only has one custom ICC profile for this paper and it is for the SP R2880 printer, which is discontinued. Does anyone know where I can find a profile for the SC P800?

A: I don't know. I'm sure Epson has profiles available. I used Epson's profiles with an R3000 for a while. I've since let the printer manage the colors and it has been more accurate than using profiles. It works well using a Mac.

Q: 2. Is this paper White or Natural??

A: It is natural and no OBAs are used.

Q: 3. I need the profile for printing this William Turner Matte Fine art paper with my Epson R2400. Does anyone know how to download and install a profile to Mac computer?

A: Go to the Hahnemulhle website and click on ICC Profile, then Download Center. The rest should be easy to download the icc profile you need.As to getting the profile onto your Mac: After downloading the profile, click to open then go to Finder. From the menu click on Go, scroll down to Go To Folder and enter /Library. Then Click on ColorSync, then Profiles. Now move the icc profile to the Profiles folder.

Q: 4. What type of printers is this paper compatible with? Ink jet only? Laser? Consumer vs professional? Sorry if I sound naive but I want to be able to print at home or locally for showcases. Thank you!Laura

A: This paper is meant for inkjet printers. You can use it with a consumer printer but it's much better to have a higher quality Fine Art printer. I've been using it for years to make fine art prints and selling them at art shows

Q: 5. I only need 3 sheets. Can I buy a limited quanity?

A: Sorry, I have no idea.

Q: 6. When using Epson's Velvet Fine Art Paper how do you tell which side to print on?

A: Epson packages the paper inside of a strong cardboard container and inside a strong plastic sleeve. The clear sleeve is marked with Print this Side . So one will know which side to print. It is wise to keep the paper in the right order and inside of sleeve. If by chance one needs to identify which side to print, put the paper near a strong light source - up close at a sharp angle. The printable side will have a finer even texture than the back which will have a slightly more coarse texture with a faint screen pattern. Also the printable side is slightly whiter that the back. One can gauge this whiteness by laying another piece of velvet paper on and comparing.

Q: 7. Can you use Epson Velvet Fine Art Paper in the Canon PIXMA Pro 100 Printer?

A: Technically it can be used, but Canon would not have an ICC profile for this paper on the Canon Printer

Q: 8. Is this a true double sided paper? can you print on both sides?

A: Yes, the Epson UltraSmooth Fine Art Paper is coated evenly on both sides, which will have optimal results as true double sided Fine Art Paper.

Q: 9. Where do I find the ICC Profile for this paper? I have an iMac and an Epson R2880

A: The Savage TPC12 Background Paper Roll Storage Rack (Pair), B&H # SADTPC12, is a set of two flexible polyurethane storage rack holders. Each individual holder supports six (6) background paper rolls, so each pair of holders hold up to 12 rolls of background paper.

[Single] bright, clean, fresh color, I like it, its texture like watercolor paper, the paper in the printing process comes out flat, not with doubles or rolled up this way I like it for when it is going to be framed, I like it. 5

[Single] I have worked for years in the Photographic industry for many years. When I started out it wase for Newspapers, and Magazines. They demanded GLOSSY PRINTS. I STRONGLY DISLIKE THEM! I CHOSE THIS PAPER AS IT PROVIDES A BEAUTIFUL TONAL RANGE! 5

[Single] I love this paper. The white are bright, the feel is soft, colors pop, but the profile is bad. I use a Canon 8400 printer, the blacks block up with no detail. What is dark grey on my screen (Apple XBR) turns solid sooty black. To get a good print I have to back way off in photoshop and then hope for the best. This wastes a lot of paper. But when it works, the images are fantastic. Please fix the profile!! 5

[Yes] This is a lovely heavyweight matte artist's paper with a beautiful subtle texture. Good shadow detail and excellent sharpness of prints for a matte paper. There definitely seems to be less ink diffusion with my HP Z9+ printer than on other matte papers like Arista II double weight matte from Freestyle Sales. Hahnemhle has done an excellent job engineering this paper for photographers. 5
