A: Yes! The foam inserts don't fit on the mic but it's big enough that the elastic on the windjammer will slip over the element and stay there.

A: No - it is designed for devices offering a female 1/8 TRRS input like smartphones and tablets.

Q: 4. Fit Audio Technica 831?

A: The Rycote Furry Windjammer is recommended for your Audio Technica 831. It fits over the foam so it should be fine.

A: The cable and mic measure about 50 inches total (1.3m)

A: I use it fine with the ME-2 lav mic. I have never used it with the ME-4 which is a little fatter on top but this windjammer stretches and looks like it should fit the ME-4. The windjammer only cost $20 so you might order it and try it out and if it doesnt work with your mic then you can return it.

A: It is compatible with Mobile Phones or Tablets only and not designed for use with DSLR cameras or camcorders.

A: Not directly. You would need to use this with an additional adapter to make it compatible with the Go, that adapter is B&H # ROSC3.

A: Hi Adrian. This is not a mic we have tested with our Lavalier Windjammers here at Rycote HQ, but based on the capsule measurements I believe it will work. Note that you will need to use the supplied foam inserts to securely hold the capsule inside the Windjammer (these ship inside the packets). I hope that helps!
