Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. If I have two SW240 monitors on a dual-monitor stand, would these SH240 hoods still fit and work with the monitors while both are on the stand?

A: Yes, however be mindful of the clearance between the two monitors.

Q: 2. Would this fit a 20in Mac ?

A: No, the BenQ SH240 Shading Hood for SW240 PhotoVue Photographer Monitor BH #BESH240 works exclusively with the BenQ SH240.

Q: 3. Question on sizing. Do they run large or small?

A: These tend to run a tad bit large to account for using a liner.

Q: 4. Will this work on the BenQ BenQ PD2700Q?

A: This will not work. Hoods are monitor specific. I do not see any option for the PD2700Q.

Q: 5. Is this new or reconditioned?

A: It is new

Q: 6. how much of an upgrade is this over the 18-55mm lens i recieved with my camera? im either getting this or the travel package by canon. if i get this i will also buy the 50mm prime.

A: If you received an 18-55mm with your camera, then it means your camera is a crop sensor camera. In that kit lens, you range from wide angle to short tele. If you purchase this lens, you will be losing wide angle. 28mm on a crop sensor will give you close to a normal angle of view. But what you lose in wide, you gain in tele. That 135mm on the tele end will give you a lot more magnification of things in the distance. Build quality is much better on this lens and if you ever decide to go with a full frame camera in the future, this lens will work with it as will the 50mm prime. The 18-55mm would be rendered useless on a full frame.

Q: 7. Does this mount on a Canon T1i?

A: Yes, the Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L is fully compatible with the Canon EOS T1i.

Q: 8. Does this first version have weather sealing?

A: No, it doesn't have weather sealing.

Q: 9. Is this actually a fluid head? (it seems implied but is not stated as such)

A: Yes the Benro WH15 is a fluid head.

Q: 10. Can this be used on a S3 IS, if so where can I get the adapter that is not threaded on one end but quick snap on both ends ?

A: The Canon PowerShot S3 IS Digital Camera is a point-and-shoot camera, and is incompatible for use with interchangeable lenses designed for SLR/DSLR cameras.

[2010] There is a lot to absorb from the 272 pages, but after reading a few sections a couple of times, it all became clear. Easy to follow advise and great photos of recent and current drones to select as your device. Glad I ordered the book, you will be too.

[2010] If you own or are considering ordering a Pelican 1500 or 1520 case, especially the one with the dividers, then you should order this organizer lid. It's very expensive, fits the lid section perfectly, and can help organize a lot of little stuff. SHIPPING FROM B&H WAS FAST AND FREE AND THE PRICE WAS THE LOWEST.

[408] I looked at a number of YouTube videos and they are good for what they are, but this resource is comprehensive and provides the opportunity to highlight, make notes, and review points of interest, pun intended.
I'm working through the operating exercises and learning aerial photography techniques on my Black Friday acquired DJI Mavic Mini with plans to upgrade to the Air 2S once skills are enhanced by using this resource.

[2010] I am a bird photographer who, like many of us, is branching out into video. There are excellent tripod heads for still wildlife photography, including various gimbals and also spring-loaded ballheads that simulate the weightless performance of a gimbal. For me, the problem has been that video requires smooth panning, and this is difficult to achieve with tripod heads designed for still cameras. For video one can use a fluid head, but these lack the counterbalance feature that allows the camera/lens rig to stay put without tightening the head. Enter the Benro WH15. It has a variable, dial-it-in counterbalance feature that allows weightless performance, while also exhibiting the smoothness of a fluid head. Hence, the Benro H15 is a tripod head that is close to ideal for both still and video wildlife photography. The Arca-type tripod mount rotates 360 degrees so you can use the head either for long lenses or for an on-camera mounting plate. It also has a (partly) retractable handle, which is helpful for smooth movement when shooting video. The one thing it will not do is allow full three-dimensional instead of just two-axis pan-tilt movement. If you can live with this limitation, plus also its three pound weight and its hefty price tag, it is a nearly ideal tripod head for wildlife photography and videography. It's beautifully made and claims a 33 pound plus weight capacity. I think it's a terrific product, and I expect it will inspire competing products of its type over the next few years.

[Moose Peterson] Fantastic addition to the 1500 case for all of the tiny things that one generally loses or forgets to bring.
