Q: 3. Is this Lightroom classic CC ?Because the Lightroom CC only cant read raw files from my canon mIV

A: THIS now comes with BOTH Lightroom Classic, which WILL read your MIV files. It also comes with the newer web based CC version, but has a limit of 20GB of space. As I pro, I recommend this, but use Lightroom Classic, which is version 7.01, vs version 1.0 of CC, and Photoshop 2018, which is also included.

Q: 4. Will my current LR 6 catalog automatically be added to the LR CC software?

A: I upgraded from LR 5 to LR CC and the catalog was updated correctly when I ran LR CC. It also kept my old version of the LR 5 Catalog as well, so I could always go back if I needed to (but never did need to, so I deleted the old catalog after a few days of using LR CC. I am willing to bet that the same will happen if you upgrade from LR 6 to LR CC.

Q: 5. I have LR 3. Will it integrate with that?

A: Deborah - I went from Lightroom 2 to Creative Cloud - the conversion was handled by Cretive Cloud and though I dont recall the specifics it was easy. Had no issues.

Q: 6. How does this work if I upgrade to a new computer?

A: Moving the software from one computer to another is simple. You only need to sign out of Creative Cloud on the old one, and sign in on the new one. Once signed in on the new one, you will be able to reinstall Photoshop, and Lightroom.

Q: 7. How long does it take for them to send the email with the activation code after you purchase the software download (not the physical card)?

A: An e-mail would be sent within 12 hours from the time of purchase.

Q: 8. How many gigabytes is it?

A: I'm not sure which OS you're using but I will answer for my OS which is Windows. The total package is approximately 3.6GB to install the Creative Cloud down loader and updater, which you load first, and the two programs Lightroom and Photoshop. Hope this helps your inquiry!

A: I have not used it yet, but it allows your images to be stored so that you may edit them from any internet connected PC or tablet that the mobile version of Lightroom runs on. Lightroom Classic is the original, full-featured Lightroom that I use, and Lightroom (non Classic), which still lacks many features of Classic, is what stores the images to the cloud (I think). You get some cloud storage included in the subscription and can buy more. Basically, it allows you to do full editing on your tablet, and it syncs the edits across all of your devices automatically.

Q: 10. When I purchase this from B&H will I download it from Adobe or somewhere else I was told it's best to purchase straight from Adobe to take advantage of their support?

A: I bought this through B&H and did require support from Adobe a few months later. Adobe was excellent in their support, where I purchased the product never came up. You do not need to purchase from Adobe to receive their support.
