So far I haven't needed to use DJI Care Refresh...and I hope I never do but it's nice to know I have protection if I need it. One thing I didn't see pointed out was that B&H automatically registered my DJI Care Refresh with DJI about a day and a half after I received my drone. I received the drone of Tuesday afternoon and got the email from DJI saying DJI Care Refresh had been activated for my drone on Thursday morning. 5

Probably one of the best upgrades so far in the industry. It's portability really puts it at the top for me. Mechanical shutter, increased waypoints, fast capture speed of 0.7 sec/image, ~45 minute flight time per battery. This thing is a workhorse. 5

I haven't yet needed to use DJI Care Refresh for my Phantom 4 Pro v2, but here's the thing: In the sky, there are so many uncontrollable variables. Even if I'm an expert pilot, I have no ability to stop a raptor from taking down my UAV. Normally I don't pay for extended warranties, because I think they're a waste of money, but this time I did. And It removes any anxiety I might have while flying, even if I never have to use DJI's Care Refresh. 5

I purchased a DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 drone along with DJI Care Refresh on the same order from B&H. DJI is clear that DJI Care Refresh has to be registered within 48 hours of first activation of the drone. I activated the drone on Tuesday afternoon the day it was received. On Thursday morning I received an email from DJI with the subject of "DJI Care Refresh Service Agreement". Turns out that B&H will automatically activate the DJI Care Refresh when you buy it with a drone. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere in the description or in any other reviews so I thought it was worth pointing out. I was worried that I had not received an email from B&H with a DJI Care Refresh activation code on Thursday morning but a few minutes after that I did receive the email from DJI. 5

What a purchase to purchase of all things being able to know that you have the option to have two additional refurbished products if your stalls or feels to work Rex rain and don't matter get a hold of them and they'll take care of it for a year after that it's still for the lifetime of DJI you have a product that you can always send in and they'll take care of it as long as there's no problems your way there's no problems their way DJI is a great product to have 5

From a Malware perspective, I have been using this product for close to 6 years now. It sits really well with Microsoft, Norton, or McAfee as a front end A/V product. Malwarebytes is quick and the load is minimal. It has saved me a couple of times when websites have tried to download potentially malicious software. 5
