Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will it fit the 24-105mm?

A: The Sigma LCF-105 III 105 MM lens cap. fits a Sigma 105mm F/2.8 EX DG OS Macro Lens which has a 62MM filter Diameter. I have a Sony 24-105 mm lens which has a 62mm filter Diameter. It would fit my lens. If your lens is 62MM diameter it will fit. If your lens is any other filter Dia. it will not fit.

Q: 2. does this cap fit the sigma 24-70 f/2.8 lens?

A: If you are referring to the lasted 24-70mm lens in the Sigma EX series, Sigma EX 24-70mm f/2.8 DG HSM lens, then the answer is no. The lens has a 82mm filter ring.

Q: 3. Will this fit my sigma f1.4 30mm lens?

A: No, Sigma makes 2 versions of this lens, a 52mm and 62mm, check the side of the lens towards the mount, it should have a filter size listed.

Q: 4. Would this fit as a replacement lens cap for a Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN?

A: No, this would not fit the Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN. That lens has a 55mm filter size. The appropriate lens cap would be the Sigma LCF-55 III 55mm Lens Cap.

Q: 5. Does this cap fit the 18-50mm 1:2.8 lens? I have a 72mm filter on the lens

A: I bought my lens cap for a sigma 18-70 lens you'll have to find one that fits your lens

Q: 6. Does this fit the sigma 18-35mm lens?

A: Yes, the Sigma LCF-72 III 72mm Lens Cap does fit the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lens.

Q: 7. # SILCF185E Will this fit Sigma APO 500mm 1:4.5?

A: The Sigma LCF-185E Soft Cover Lens Cap for 500mm f/4 DG OS HSM Sports Lens is designed for use with the newer Sigma 500mm f/4 DG OS HSM Sports Lens, which measurements are 5.70 x 14.97 (144.8mm x 380.3mm) in size. The older Sigma 500mm f/4.5 EX DG APO HSM Lens is a smaller lens whose measurements are 4.84 x 13.78 (123mm x 350mm) in size. The lens cap is too large for use with the older Sigma 500mm f/4.5 lens. Unfortunately, I do not see a lens cap option from Sigma for the Sigma 500mm f/4.5 EX DG APO HSM Lens.

Q: 8. Will this fit a Sigma 24-105mm?

A: You should look on your lens for the phi symbol (looks like a small letter 'o' with a line drawn through it diagonally. This should be followed by a number...that's the size cap you need.

Q: 9. What size will fit a Sigma 85mm art lens? I can't find that info anywhere, and it's hard to measure mm.

A: The filter size of the lens is 86mm.

[3.35 x 1.7 x 1"] These Sigma pinch caps generally fit better than any others I have tried, and the pinch parts fit into the body of this lens cap without play. There are some other lens caps out there that have a lot of play in their mechanism and it makes them clumsy to use. Not Sigma!

[Front] Replaced a lost lens cap and it fits perfectly. Good price and prompt delivery as well. Can't go wrong with B&H.

[3.35 x 1.7 x 1"] Just what I needed for my Sigma 150-600mm Sport. The nylon sock they provide just doesn't work as well.

[0.02 lb] I got tired of my lens cap popping off, and rolling across the ground.
My Panasonic lens caps do not hold on well, when using circular polarizer, or filters. Even some of my Canon cameras have the same issue.

Sigma lens cap is made in Japan, and much higher quality than any of my Panasonic or Canon caps.
These are easier to remove and replace on the lens. Best of all, they grip well, and don't fall off!!

[Front] It's a Sigma. It fits the lens and stays on. The only other thing
it needs to do is come off easily. Three for three, alright!

[Front] cap fit nice and tight and hasn't come off in the bag. I can leave my lens hood in the truck and it makes more room in my camera bag.
