Q: 1. Is there enough space to store the camera with a filter installed?

A: As long as it is not a thick filter like a polarizing filter the case should work fine with a filer attached to the lens

A: The Kupo Universal Track End for Sliders and Dollies (Set of 2) (B&H# KUKG029912) accepts 2 inch outer diameter pipe or speed rail. We do not currently sell it, but nearly any steel 2 inch (or nearly 2 inch) outer diameter pipe will do.

Q: 3. Does it really say Op/Tech USA in big letters on the visible side, or is this just for the ads? I think I would love this if that weren't so visible.

A: Yup, fairly visible company lettering but then, made in the USA, inexpensive so why not support them by giving a little promo since they're charging so little for these. Most photogs will know Op-tech anyhow. We US consumers are a difficult bunch to accommodate: either it's too expensive, or we're unhappy about "advertising" for a small company, or any other host of complaints. One customer suggested using a "magic marker" to black out the lettering. While I don't know what a magic marker is, a felt-tip/flow permanent marker will also work if supporting those U.S. jobs bothers you that much.

Q: 4. Will this work with the Panasonic Lumix DXC-GX85 Camera?

A: Yes, the OP/TECH USA Pro Loop Strap, available in many colors, will work well with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX85. This includes the wine red color you asked about (B&H# OPSPLW), as well as black (BH# OPSPLB), gray (B&H# OPSPLST), navy blue (B&H# OPSPLN), and so on.

Q: 6. I saw that the outer cover layers are glued to the foam rather than stitched (and the foam edges are exposed). Wouldn't it be an issue over time? Start peeling off?

A: These straps hold up well overtime, it is possible that it can become separated but that has not been a known issue.

Q: 7. Are the plastic parts of this strap resistant? Can't you break and drop my camera to the ground?

A: The plastic parts are extremely strong and can easily carry the weight of your camera. The quick disconnects have been tested with a tensile strength of over 148lbs .... not that we'd ever recommend that, but it goes to show the strength of our hardware used in the strap. Some plastics are considerably stronger than some metals. They've improved tremendously over the years. I noticed the community comment concerning the Canon CPS Strap.
