The DV-MFSW-21A 2x1 Digital Video Switcher from FSR features one HDMI output supporting resolutions up to 4K x 2K at 30 Hz and one VGA (HD-15) input supporting up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz. The HD-15 input is paired with a stereo audio input on a 3.5mm mini stereo connector. A: The SE-1200MU has one assignable HDMI output and two assignable SDI outputs. The second HDMI output is for the multi-view only.

A: According to Datavideo: The unit has a single 2 fan in the back, its rather quiet, but I do not have any comparative testing to back that up.In a recessed equipment rack you probably would not hear it however, it seems that the customer has a single room studio without a control room. What I can say is weve never picked up any fan noise when recording our product videos featuring the 1200.

Q: 7. One of the reviewers said that The HDMI inputs have scalers/framesyncs on them so they will take almost any signal with no issue . Is it right? In official spec's there is such information: As with most HD video switchers, the SE-1200MU will expect all video inputs to beoperating at the same video standard as theswitcher itself .

A: The SE-1200 requires all the cameras to be the same resolution in order to work properly. So if you set SE-1200 to 720p, then the cameras need to be 720p, etc. However, it does have framesync. Side note, the HDMI will scale up to 1080p on the output, but if you use HDSDI, then you it will scale back to 1080i so maybe that is what you mean by scaling.Craig

Q: 8. Can I connect this switcher to datavideo NVD-20 IP, to record my video

A: No. You can not record video via Ethernet coming from SE-1200 ethernet port because it sends only multicam window over network.
