Transmit 1080p HDMI and VGA signals over category cable up to 230' with this Three-Input HDMI/VGA Switcher & HDBaseT Transmitter from Atlona, featuring two HDMI inputs and one VGA with audio. Used in combination with an HDVS-150-RX receiver (available separately), this unit provides a compact, automated A/V system with the convenience of automatic input selection and display control. The switcher is remotely powered by the HDVS-150-RX through Power over Ethernet (PoE).

Featuring automatic display control, the HDVS-150-TX can trigger a display to power on automatically whenever a laptop or other device is connected. At the end of the presentation, when the presenter disconnects the laptop, the HDVS-150-TX forces the display to power off. A power button on the front panel can be used for manual on/off control of the display. Surface mounting brackets are provided with the HDVS-150-TX for easy installation under a table or on a wall.

A: The SE-1200MU is designed to be fully controlled from any Windows Laptop/PC and Android tablet, iPad or Mac with the included SE-1200 software control panel. Datavideo does not make a control surface for it, the RS422 port is for integration with Crestron Control Panels.

In official spec's there is such information: As with most HD video switchers, the SE-1200MU will expect all video inputs to beoperating at the same video standard as theswitcher itself .

A: The SE-1200 requires all the cameras to be the same resolution in order to work properly. So if you set SE-1200 to 720p, then the cameras need to be 720p, etc. However, it does have framesync. Side note, the HDMI will scale up to 1080p on the output, but if you use HDSDI, then you it will scale back to 1080i so maybe that is what you mean by scaling.Craig

Q: 4. Can I use Chromo key AS WELL AS make that input to become the PiP? Basically I want a PiP window that comes in with Chroma and remove the chroma green background. In the demo video I saw the PiP and Chroma explained on two different inputs. But what I want is BOTH the PiP and Chroma Key effects to be applied on the very same input. Can I do it? Thanks.

A: No, unfortunately you won't be able to do that with our SE-1200MU switcher. You would need a 2 M/E switcher to have two different keys on one layer.

Q: 8. As far as i understand from current pdf spec's sheet from datavideo this unit doesn't have software audio mixer? I.e. i can assign sound channel from any sdi or hdmi input to any output but cannot mix different sources (for example XLR + SDI2) to one output? Maybe there is a changes connected with a new firmware or software?

A: The main idea with SE-1200 is to use an external audio mixer then connect it to the XLR inputs of SE-1200. If you would like to also mix a camera audio input with the other audio, then you could use a Datavideo audio de-embedder (DAC-90) which will extract the audio from the SDI then allow you to connect it to an external audio mixer. If you only need 4 inputs instead of 6, you may want to consider the SE-650. It does have a built in audio mixer which would allow you to control audio levels on an embedded audio signal from HDMI or SDI camera input. The price is lower and you don't need a control surface since it's built into the switcher.Craig

Q: 9. If the RMC-260 controller is connected, will the software interface still work? Or, can you attach an XKeys keyboard to perform simple functions?

A: An XKeys Keyboard will not work with this product.

A: If you wish to train a camera on a clock face, you can certainly pull up that camera and put that into your main view if you wish.
