A: It's not the lens mount that's going to matter (EF, PL, etc), it's the size of the lens barrel. This matte box is made to fit standard 114mm cinema lenses, but Bright Tangerine makes a bunch of affordable step down rings. I have the 77mm step down rings which fits all the more affordable Rokinon lenses. Just look on the front of your lens and it will tell you the size.

A: From the B&H Overview regarding this matte box: You can securely insert up to two 4x4 , 4x5.65 , or a combination of those filters directly into the matte box without using a filter tray. A spring-loaded clamp at the top of the matte box secures the filters so they will not fall out unexpectedly.

A: This matte box should be fine with a 24mm on a full frame camera such as the a7S II. To adapt this matte box from its 114mm to the 105mm of the lens, you need an adapter.
