A: This is a tablet holder. It can be attached via a variety of methods. The leg shape is irrelevant to its use.

A: The plastic cable clamp is two pieces. The U clamp bottom piece holding the cable will slide sideways if pushed along the cable and disengage from the top plastic piece with the string. Like a zip tie if you could move it sideways to disengage the teeth.

[6.9 x 3 x 1.55"] This phone holder makes a big difference when I use a phone as a teleprompter. For the most part, I need this when I am using a gimbal with the phone on top of the camera. The gimbal gives me more flexibility for dynamic shots and the Small Rig metal phone holder is the best because it swivels in two spots. This is different from most cold shoe phone holders in that it allows me to swivel the phone closer to the lens allowing my talent to appear to be looking into the lens when they are actually reading a script from a prompter app on the phone. Simple and well designed. 5

[0.08 lb] I bought one of these for my laptop stand thinking I would put my drink in it. However, it is a bit shallow for holding the big mug I use. Instead, I find it very handy for holding my light meter. It clips very well to the laptop tray and conveniently slides out of the way when not needed. I'm glad I bought it. 5

[6.9 x 3 x 1.55"] I went to very hot places with this tool. Very rough and rugged places. My camera was so hot, and it shuts off. It reads overheated. If this tool was plastic, it would have melted or broke to pieces. I am glad I buy this one. 5

[0.08 lb] It fits my new iPhone 7 Plus in portrait mode, with the Otter Box clear case. It fit my older Galaxy Note Edge, in portrait mode, but I had to remove the case - no big deal. They could make that lower adjustment slot longer. I am not sure why they bother with the upper holes. The adjustment slot should extend to that upper hole for maximum fit options, but this works well for me now. 5
