A: Hidden cameras that can be placed down somewhere and left there do not generally record audio due to legal reasons. Due to that we would have to say that no this unit does not record audio.

Q: 8. Can you reuse this fixer like you can with ilford?

A: Not really suggest but you can extend the life of fixer for a year or longer after opening the bottle, pour the solution into smaller sealed bottles and just use test strips to check on chemistry.

A: You would mount this hood on top of a filter, and the filter would be the same thread size as this hood, so 43mm.

Q: 10. I've had 2 dashcams battery hardly any time when not connected..how long will this batt last and can I use as regular camera??

A: The battery that is built in is made for only a few minutes. I would not recommend using as a regular camera nor for long term use when not plugged in.

[4.3mm] We purchased this device to use in our pet's room to allow for checking in on them while the door is kept closed during heat waves to keep the air conditioning contained. This camera was purchased along with an Eve Weather Station, and both were our first Apple HomeKit devices we have ever had or used. The setup was very simple and straight-forward and "just worked." It has been in place for approximately a week now and has been working perfectly fine. 5

[4.3mm] We are a developer of command and control software and often buy various brands of IP cameras to test with our software suite. This camera was an addition late last year and we've actually deployed it on our property (mostly for testing). We cannot say enough about Axis products... this camera works as advertised and was easily integrated into our software. It is ONVIF compliant and provides crystal clear video. We are located in Florida and rarely use the defogging feature, but we would love to have self cleaning optics (a feature starting to appear on high end IP cameras) since the camera is located nearly 30 feet in the air making it difficult to clean... but that is the only thing we had in the wish it had it column. Overall a highly versatile and functional PTZ IP camera... we highly recommend this one! 5
