A: Probably not... The cover is really tight ... And I returned them because they were slick in my hand and I couldn't sustain a secure grip...

A: Unfortunately, any L-bracket will have trouble fitting over the silicone protection cover due to the thick layer of silicone between the base of the camera and the baseplate of the L-bracket. You could potentially cut off the bottom of the cover in an attempt to make it fit, but your results may vary from this theoretical application. The silicone protection cover will also not fit over the camera with an L-bracket and it will make the L-bracket unusable.

Q: 4. will this work with RRS L Bracket?

A: Haven't tried yet. But for sure it doesn't fit well with manfrotto quick release plate.

Q: 5. Has anyone tried to use this cover with a battery grip?

A: I think this depends per model. A friend of mine has a 70D with a battery grip which is no problem. There is even a short tutorial on Youtube where a reviewer trims a small part of the cover. Type in easyCover and battery grip

A: Yes. The A9 and A7R III have the same body.

A: Unfortunately, I can't honestly answer if it fits or not. I have a Nikon D7100 and have no prior experience with the D7000. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I can advise that having the cover on my camera made it very eye catching during my trip through Europe. I ended up having to remove it because it became a high profile notification that I was a tourist.

[0.185 lb] I shoot hockey. If you shoot hockey buy this! It was recommended to me by a veteran hockey shooter. Combined with a UV filter it's as good a protection for your expensive lens as you are going to get while shooting through a hole in the glass. And yes...the second time in use I got a puck on a straight shot right to the hole that hit the end of my protected 70-200. Once I caught my breath, I went on shooting, no damage. p.s. I only use the end piece. Not sure of the value of the barrel wrap. 5

[0.185 lb] I installed the 67mm band and the lens rim on my 18-135mm Canon lens. The band provides a nice grip and protection for the zoom ring and the rim protects the lens from bumps. The rim needs to be removed to install a lens hood but that is not a big problem. I would buy this again if it became available in 58mm to use on my Canon 18-55mm lens. 5

[Silicone, Steel] I love these, they look awesome and fit great. The only issue is if you want to use the front piece which screws onto the lens you wont be able to use the sunshade that comes with your lens at the same time. If thats important to you, I recommend buying the easycovers that arent size specific which can be placed on the focus and zoom rings of your lens. 5
