The AMT Q7-P808 Wireless Microphone System for P808 Clip-On Micfrom AMT Q7-P808 Wireless Microphone System for P808 Clip-On Micincludes a Q7 AA powered transmitter with true diversity receiver, rack ears, and extension cables. The Quantum7 transmitter clips on to all AMT microphones that include DCT. You simply need to disconnect the cable from the microphone and plug in the transmitter. With 100 channels to choose from (region dependent), the system is simple to use while providing good quality sound. The receiver is a true diversity design allowing the wireless reception up to approximately 328'. The receiver is constructed with a rugged metal chassis, which includes a 1/4" and XLR output. Additionally it features high-quality transient response, no delay, no background noise, with multi-level narrow band filter technology.

The DPA Microphones 4061 Lavalier Microphone is not among those which we have tested, so although the outlook is good for locking connectors in general, we cannot guarantee compatibility for this particular adapter. However, we have tested the DPA Microphones DAD3050 MicroDot to Mini Adapter for using DPA Low DC Microphones with TOA WM360 and WM4310 Bodypack Transmitters (B&H # DPDAD3050) and it will work to enable compatibility with the 4061 mic.

[±48 kHz] I use this microphone for live performance of clarinet + live electronics. Finally I am able to be mobile and compact on the stage, not using two separate microphones (with so many holes sound source is practically everywhere in this kind of instrument). I hope this solution will also help to avoid feedback problems. Sound quality is great, but I am not expecting it to be 100% natural, since the lower microphone is pointing almost directly to the bell, getting very rich of low freqs sound. I think it will be best to combine it with wireless solution. 5

[>100 dB] This is an outstanding microphone for micing a closed lid on a grand piano. While we don't need a microphone to enhance the sound in the church sanctuary it is needed to supply sound to monitors and the streaming signal. We have been using the M40 for several years and when the old one failed we immediately purchase a new one. 5

[±48 kHz] I placed it carefully inside my classical guitar where it connects to the pre-amp in addition to the pick-up that it comes with. It works very nicely as it grabs the sound echoed by the guitar itself to complement the sound from the strings on the saddle. 5

[10 mW] We use this mic inside our grand piano with the cover closed. Set up is so easy - we can leave it inside and just attach the XLR cable to the external box, mounted on the dolly. And the sound is excellent - much better than the mic on a boom with the cover partly open. Because the lid is closed, there is much less unwanted sound from the rest of the band. Overall, an excellent product. 5

[105 dB] Great quality sound, easy setup and use. Doesn't get in the way. Easy to move between my tenor and alto without any wires hanging anywhere. Compared the sound to DPA 4099, which I thought lacked a little bit of the body of the tenor sax sound. Returned that and kept the AMT. seems like this is the best. Full wireless and no body pack is great, but you do have the transmitter on your bell which some may not like the look of. It's light though, so you don't fee it or notice. 5
