I know this was written 3 years ago, however, this concerns me. Anyone can verify that the color temp is accurate?...thank you

A: Recent (2017) reports suggest both of these lights do a good job for the price with no adverse color issues.

Q: 6. I have other Genaray lights that came with Watson NP-F770 batteries. Will those batteries also work with this light?

A: We would suggest a product like the Vello mount below. It has a 1/4"-20 stud to attach to the light and a 1/4"-20 thread on the bottom of it which will allow you to connect it to a light stand with a 1/4"-20 stud. https://bhpho.to/2CUgMdL

A: A full charge will yield about 90 minutes of run-time.

Q: 9. Will this work with the Canon 600D (Australia)?

A: It sure will. Just slide it into the camera's hot shoe.

Q: 10. I am extremely interested in this light but am curious as to what it's CRI is?

A: I haven't measured it, but at 5600K, it has a strong magenta cast. I wouldn't expect that it's any higher than 85. Color reproduction isn't this light's strong suit.

[Shoe, 1/4"-20] I had seen a review that this little light was #2 out of 10 for brightness under $100. It is that...very bright, and with the colored lens covers it makes a great colored backlight. Will use it for wedding video with sunset in background. You can dial it way down if necessary. 5

[Shoe, 1/4"-20] I have an evening wedding coming up, and my client wants video against the Arizona sunset. I purchased this little unit to mount onto a monopod to give me a controlled light source to light up the bride and groom against the sunset sky. With the colored disks, it also makes a great blue back light against a black back drop for instruction video work. Great value. 5

[50 degrees] I purchased this to use as a dim key light for shooting video of a presenter during a slide presentation in an otherwise dimly lighted room. It will be perfect and I will use it on a light stand. I tested the battery life with six fully charged Duracell 2500 mAh NiMh batteries. I used only the 3200K LEDs at full power and it ran for nearly 2-1/2 hours before dimming with the voltage runoff. So far happy with the brightness and battery life. 5

[0.7 lb (0.3 kg)] This is a very nice light; small, two types of batteries can be used or AC adapter sold separately, fine & course light output control and four filters. You could do a portrait shoot with two or three of these lights. 5

[3300K to 5600K] I had the version before this with just white light. They were so annoying with the clip on orange filters. This so much better now having the bi-leds with a scroll wheel to control both white and warm legs. 5

[>90] A great little light. Excellent if you are using a traditional style video camera. Gives a nice throw, I also use it as a fill light to do available light photography. Small, light and portable. Does not eat up that much power either. 5

[14 W] This is a great small video light, two minute con: 1st the barn door are almost useless except for protecting the light during transport and. 2nd is the red diffuser that is more of a light pink once light at 100% I will buy more of these light in the future! 5
