Featuring a small, 11mm size, the shutter release button attaches to your camera via a threaded screw, tapered to fit most cameras, and comes with two small anti-slip O-rings, which use friction to prevent the button from loosening. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What is the difference between a long stem and a short stem? What size do you usually use?

A: The button's long stem is compatible with Fujifilm's X-series cameras, traditional cameras, and Leica's M10 and older cameras. The long stem clears the collar that surrounds the shutter button on the camera body. The short stem is compatible only with Leica's M Typ 240, M-E, and Monochrom cameras as well as the Fuji X-Pro2 and fits in the shutter collar.

Q: 2. Would you recommend a ‘large’ or a ‘small’ size release button for a Nikon FM2N? Also, why do some users prefer either a concave or convex shape? Thanks.

A: For an FM2, a large would be good. As far as shape, that is a matter of personal preference. I think a concave design is best for comfort, etc...

A: This will fit all standard shutter release threads, and should work without issue.

Q: 5. Will this fit Fuji XE1 camera?

A: Yes this should work on the X-E1.

Q: 6. What are the o-rings dimensions used to secure these for use with Fujifilm X 100 cameras?

A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not indicate the dimensions of the O-rings provided with this button.

Q: 7. Would I use a small or large size for a Nikon F3?

[Threaded Screw] I purchased an Olympus PEN-F as a personal collector item. No I'm not a collector, but I wanted this camera because of its superb performance and vintage appeal in a modern digital camera. It is a silver trim body to which I added a silver Kit lens and a brown leather 1/2 case. It looks fantastic and since it was one of the few digital cameras offering an old fashioned screw type remote shutter release, I had to add the final touch. That showed up in the form of a beautiful, natural wood, Soft Shutter Release button. The PEN-F is now complete. TAH DAAH!!

[Woodgrain] Four my Fuji X-T4 it is a great accessory to feel the tactile grooves of the concave button. Though I am happy with the small concave I do believe the larger size would be more ideal for men with medium to large size hands.

[0.075 lb] Very nice shutter release! Now if I don't lose it.
I purchased this piece as it is very low key, sophisticated in a subtle way and it also matches my Opinel pocket knife that is always with me.

[Threaded Screw] The large walnut convex soft shutter release really improves the handling and the hot shoe cover helps match the color of the brown leather half case.
