A: The bottom rail is OConnor standard so yes you can slip it in. The upper rails are Arri standard. On the bottom are 3/8" threads for other mounting solutions.

A: This plate comes with a clamp to attach it to the column of a light stand.

A: I would not recommend this product for this purpose because you will need an option that can supply the high wattage that those LED panels require. Q: 5. Would this plate fit perfectly tight (That is no play at all) to the Arri Broadcast plate for Canon C300 MII?

A: While we have not physically tested that exact pairing, that plate is specifically designed for VCT style tripod adapters.

Q: 6. Will this work with the GVM SD300D light?

A: Unfortunately, no, the GVM V-Mount Battery Plate Adapter for SD200R/200D/200S/300S LED Lights is not compatible for use with the new GVM SD300D Bi-Color LED Video Spotlight.

Q: 7. What is the CRI rating for these?

A: I think the CRI is greater than 80 but must be less than 85. The LED panel is having a very serious green color casting and I have to buy some plus green and plus blue color gel to adjust it. However, after adjusting with the color gel, it lose about 1.5stop. Therrfore, if you are very serious with the CRI, I don't think this is a product suitable for you.

Q: 8. Which of the GVM adapters work with the SD200R? The GVM-P80SBOX or the GVM-150BOX? Any third party suggestions?

A: Hi Robert, This is a battery mounting plate. The plate requires two 26V Gold Mount Plus batteries to power the ARRI SkyPanel S-30C at 100% maximum or the S-60C at 50%. The dual mount supports two Dionic 98Wh batteries, and it also accepts Dionic 26V 240Wh Gold Mount Plus batteries. [2.61 lb] I am primarily using this when bouncing the light or shooting through diffusion to help maximize the light output. Without using a light meter, there is a noticeable increase in light intensity with this panel. Very happy with this purchase. 5

[2.61 lb] I’m using this as a soft Steadicam bag for the truck and/or set. Also for quick moves in fading light as a soft and protective in-can travel case. Works very well. Fits my entire Steadicam sled plus backup cables etc... Highly recommend. 5

[2.61 lb] Didn't realize this utilizes a 1-1/8 spigot, not big deal I just had to purchase proper stands for this mount. I love that this mount can come on and off the light without tools, which allows the light to pack more easily into a Pelican 1610 case (use the Skypanel S30-C), the standard mount yoke that comes with a SkyPanel is rather bulky for travel and only comes off by removing four screws. The versatility that this mount adds for lighting angles is great. Only downside is now the power supply for the Skypanel has to be mounted to the stand or set on the ground. Strong and high quality. 5

[Gold Mount] These barn doors are built well (maybe over built) and work well. They attach to the S60 quickly and easily, plus they have safety clips build in. I leave these doors on my SkyPanels to transport them. Adds a level of protection while bouncing around in the grip truck. Kinda heavy, though... 5

[Gold Mount] Purchased this for the Cream Source vortex 8, fits very well and since the vortex has no external ballast there is room for the dome diffuser and forth coming extra lenses, plus snap grid etc. very well made soft rolling case. 5
