I wish I had purchased this sooner. No more need for a bajillion, yes, a bajillion, AA batteries. I now have one battery for the Litepanel and one battery for my camera-- I only have to charge them at night and then I am ready to roll the entire next day. 5

I was installing shelves in my photo studio, instead of using regular shelving brackets I mounted these right angle plates to wall in combination with 5/8 receiver wall plates as brackets for the shelves in my photo studio. Since these shelves can be removed with a simple twist of the knobs, I can use the right angle plates on wall to mount another light when needed. Kept that Photo Studio vibe going while being modular in usage. 5

This is a great option to AA batteries. Much easier to swap out batteries using this plate than using AA batteries. Use the AA batteries for emergency power. 5

Using an on-camera Litepanels light without a camera battery adapter plate is just a waste of AA batteries and your precious time in my opinion. The adapter fits easily on the litepanel and reduces bulk and worry. Camera batteries last so much longer and gives me one less thing to have to carry around. 5
