A: Nikon MB-D16 Multi Battery Power Pack will switch the battery automatically. You can also pre set the option to use the external battery first, which allow you to switch the battery inside the grip while the internal battery is powering the camera.

A: You need a S-Video to BNC adapter. Since B&H has a stupid policy you'll have to google that otherwise I'd attach a link.

A: There are separate holders. I personally havent used the AA one yet but it comes with two separate trays.
