This white paper is specifically design as an interleaving paper for artwork and documents. The light weight paper has the thinness of a tissue and the stiffness of paper making it easy to handle and use. The paper had a weight of 45gsm providing a slight transparency which allows for identification of an image without removing the interleaving sheet.

[Print] I love the Canson rag paper. It's been all I use for some time. The 50' rolls run out slower than 39' rolls and save paper for that reason. Not cheap but it's serious paper for serious photographs. 5

[17 in] I love Canson Rag Photographique! It really lets an image shine, even if it is in color. The gamut isn't huge, compared to lustre, but it is fairly substantial. The weight and texture is just enough to not be overwhelming. Weirdly, the humidity at my location has been close to 100% for almost a week, and I did notice the paper felt less sturdy in the hand. To me that is a sign of very well made paper. It responds to the environment as opposed to being covered in coatings and chemicals. I only mention that because I thought it was an interesting characteristic. Overall, I wouldn't choose a different matte rag paper for inkjet printing. Beautiful clarity, contrast, blacks, color gamut, etc. 5
