[0.15 lb] Very easy to add on to the umb-1. You can add it and upgrade your umb-1 within like 1 minute.

[143 mm] Got these to use my 2 BT matte boxes to work with Canon CN-E primes. Worked like a charm. Solid build, as everything is with BT products.

[143 mm] This matte box is worth every penny. You may be thinking “it’s just a matte box why spend that amount of money on something basic”. The reason id edge you in this direction is the quality of Arri products at a industry cheep price. The stages feel nice when slid into place and also feel secure. The customization is great because you can build as budget comes in. It’s durable and adjustable. Wooden is a great company and their products have always treated me well.

[95 mm] Solid as a rock, lots of mounting points. I mount a zoom to the top nato rail when I need to run audio, works great.

[0.15 lb] We are using this with our Bright Tangerine Misfit. Originally, I had purchased the Bright Tangerine Black Hole, but in using a friends, it was very difficult to operate a lens with a large change in the length during zooming or focusing.

In using this Wooden Camera donut, it works much nicer! Lots of room for the lens to move without the piece being too bulky. It is very light!

Very happy I returned my Bright Tangerine Black Hole and got this instead.

[143 mm] This extension works as expected. One thing to note is that with only 2 stages and the mattebox rolled back, you still have access to the swing away release pin. With a 3rd stage and the mattebox rolled back, the pin is covered so you'll need to always roll the mattebox forward in order to have access to the pin. That's not a big deal at all but something to be aware of. Otherwise, this 3rd stage works like the others and it's brilliant. I love the tray catch functionality. The front-most stage is a little tighter but that might be because of the way I installed it. Again, not a big deal. Really awesome mattebox and the filters/stages work well. I love that the trays accept 4x4 filters AND 4x5.65 filters. The 4x4 filters stay in place and hold well. If you're using 100mm filters (2mm thick instead of 4mm thick), you'll have to modify them as the filter trays won't hold them. The filters will be too small. Again, not a big deal, as this mattebox was meant to be used with 4x4 and 4x5.65 filters so if you stick to that, it works REALLY well.

[143 mm] I paired up this clamp-on ring with the Wooden Camera matte box and a relatively large Angenieux S16 zoom lens. I needed this ring so I can use the matte box as a lens support since Wooden Camera doesn't sell a clamp on ring this size. Everything fits perfectly and very tightly! I can even hold the bare lens by just grabbing the matte box since it's clamped on so securely - The lens weighs about 5lbs by itself! Great product!

[95 mm] Although this only arrived about a couple of weeks ago, I don't know how I ever survived without it! The design and manufacturing quality are superb, as is the completeness of the kit. I also bought the Pelican case in which the cut foam packing of the kit fits perfectly, so I am able to transport the kit safely. I could not be happier! I use the product with a Sony FS7, which it fits perfectly. All I needed to do was to ensure I had a good range of 15mm rod lengths so I can use the matte box with ALL my lenses. FYI, the majority of my lenses (Sony 28-135mm, several of my Nikkors and my Xeen lenses) need 8in. rods. I admit that I haven't owned equivalent matte boxes from other manufacturers, but seriously doubt that this kit is rivalled by anything on the market in its price range.

[143 mm] I was a little skeptical that this ring would have the holding power to keep the matte box attached but it clamps like a champ.
