A: It is expandable. When you buy the refill, it comes with little metal digits that you insert into the hole. The refills are only sixty pictures. I have had as much as 500 pictures in one album. I have been buying this product for years and have held on to the little metal digits over the years. You need to add the metal digit every time you add so many pages. However, the bigger you go , makes it a little bulky, when shutting. I have only used the 4 x 6.

A: Width and Height are no problem. Definitely less that 4 x6 . However, it probably depends on the album due to the thickness. It is almost 1/4 thick. I would guess it would fit in most, but if you put several of these into separate pages on a photo album, the whole thing might not close all the way by the end.

A: It comes with 10 pages, each are double sided for a total of 20 pages.

A: 20 sheets can comfortably be used. On occasions I've squeezed in a few more, but the binding piece does not extend too far into the front and back covers, so you can only expand so much. Without knowing the sizes of the photos, it's impossible to tell how many you would need. You can fit six 4x6 photos on one page if they are all vertical or all horizontal.

A: Wow, I thought this was answered, but looking at the responses, almost every one gives different measurements! I'm a scientist, so, here's the data, with a pack of JMV refills in my hand (JMV-207 refills).The package itself just says what it holds (up to 11x14, panoramic, etc.) Well, with tape measure in hand, I'd offer this under oath: 16 6/16 inches long (16 3/8 ) by 12 exaclty high (top to bottom of page). That is the actual size of the pages/refills, which the album cover just a hair bigger. (technical term)The thing is, that's not all usable space, as there is an area where the binding holes are, and a bit of plastic-only to allow page turning. That's almost exactly 1 1/4 of binder space, leaving display space for photos effectively at 12x15, allowing for all the advertised sizes, solo or mixed (as it's 'magnetic', arrangeable).Last bit of data: Of the 12 by 15 (horizontal) 'workspace' of each page, there's also about 3/8 where you peel the page open (not ribbed or sticky /magnetic), adjacent to the binder holes, and practically, while you can 'fill it to the brim' if you want, it's best to leave that for pulling up, and a tighter fight over the photo. Pick and choose the dimensions you need.
