A: The Cloud subscription allows you to use LRT, a technology that allows multiple connections such as Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 2 external modems into one connection. With no subscription, you get only one connection. The LU200 and Solo a very similar but differ in that the LU200 works with LiveU servers for a fee and includes two internal modems. The Solo does not have an internal modem nor does it work with the LU-Central web portal where as the LU200 does.

A: The Benro S8 uses the Benro QR13 Quick Release Plate. This plate is interchangeable with the Manfrotto 504PLONG, 501PL, 519 and the Benro QR6. So yes, the QR13 Quick Release Plate will fit on the Manfrotto 502 since that uses the 504PLONG Long Quick-Release Mounting Plate.

Q: 5. Can this unit connect through rj45 (ethernet cable) to my ubiquiti Gateway and provide internet to my local network on site while uploading my live stream? Would I just not use an hdmi or sdi and allow wirecast to use the internet provided by this units bonded modems? Or is it only for upload and no download?

A: We're afraid not. According to LiveU this unit will not provide internet to an outside device however it will take an Ethernet connection for streaming.

Q: 6. Under In the Box it says a 3/8 -16 Camera Tie-Down Screw is included. However, looking at the pictures it looks physically impossible to put a 3/8 screw in the plate. Usually there is a rubber stopper and a large hole for plates that accept 3/8 . Can a 3/8 screw be used with this plate?

A: Yes, you can use the 3/8 and there is a rubber grommet in the end. you just can't see it in the photo

A: I have the Manfrotto 502HD, Benro S8 and Shape577 and this plate fits them all.

A: The Manfrotto 577 rapid connect adapter is compatible with this plate. It comes with the MA501PL plate but will also fit the 500PLONG plate. [5.3 x 3.2 x 2"] Delivery time Usa to Norway impeccable. i use the bmpcc 6k pro, so balance on the gimble even better, when using v-mount battery. Only one caveat, after i purchased power plate , my Norwegian bank blocked my visa for further purchase reason someone have told my bank that your company is scam, please look in to this as i need to buy more products from you, and im sure other people from Norway. [0.2 lb] This adds more secure points of contact on the Red for adding top AND side accessories while not hindering the use of the existing ports. I had the old version on my old Epic and this is my first purchase for our new Epic-W. It does add a little bit more weight to the camera but that's a small price to pay for never having to worry about stripping screws from constantly building and tearing down the accessories. 5
