The Laird ED-BE-4XM-003 Laird HD15 to XLR Male Analog Audio I/O Breakout Cable for Ensemble Designs BrightEye 16/24 is designed for superior connectivity with high quality 4-channel audio cable and XLR connectors. Cables are built with 24AWG stranded bare copper and are polypropylene insulated, individually shielded and jacketed with an overall heavy duty CL2 PVC jacket.
The 12-inch fan out includes Neutrik 3-Pin XLR connectors which feature a durable zinc die cast shell, fiberglass reinforced hard plastic insert, and chuck type strain relief for secure clamping of all cables. Designed by Laird for the Bright Eye BE 16/24 models.

A: Please make sure to remove the 5/8" to 3?8" adapter from your mic mount and it should then work just fine. The included adapter allows you to mount it on other stands such as light stands.

Q: 6. Does this record soundfiles in mp3? Wav? Or Aiiff?

A: The format the microphone records in depends on which recording/editing software you are using. Say for example, you are using Audacity. When you are finished recording, you can export in a number of formats including but not limited to .mp3 and .wav

A: I don't own a Mac.

A: This devices allows connection of your XLR microphone to the USB input of your computer for recording purposes.

[24] Captured VHS TAPE with plenty of problems on the tape, composite video + audio IN to SDI OUT, in to Blackmagic capture card. over two hours of capture didn't drop a frame, kept perfect sync of Video and Audio. when there where video problems on the tape, the TBC freeze the video for that amount of time. Video thru the TBC, is exactly as the source, (unless you want to change it in the proc AMP). Very Nice control software installed on windows 10 the only problem is B&H Website and the phone assistant said that the power adaptor was not included. but it is.. I bought a separate power adaptor for no reason.. (now I have one spare..) 5
