Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this strap work with Canon SX70 HS?

A: Yes, the Peak Design SLL-BK-3 SlideLITE Camera Strap (Black), B&H # PESLLBK3, may be used with the Canon PowerShot SX70 HS Digital Camera. You would simply connect two (2) of the Peak Design Anchor Connectors for Peak Design Straps (4-Pack) that are included with the strap to the strap lugs built into the Canon PowerShot SX70 HS Digital Camera, to which you may then connect the Peak Design SLL-BK-3 SlideLITE Camera Strap.

Q: 2. Is there any way to also use a neck strap with this? I'd like to be able to carry hands free between shots, but am not sure I'm ready for the holster

A: Paiwei has got it right, you can attach a strap that mounts to the tripod socket of your camera, like Black Rapid. click the link below to view the options; https://bhpho.to/30bqELy

Q: 3. Are you selling the XL version of this strap?

A: We are not selling an XL version of this strap at this time.

Q: 4. Is this strap compatible with Canon 7D body (with 100-400 mm Canon lens) ?

A: Yes, the Peak Design Slide Lite Camera Strap can work with the Canon EOS 7D equipped with a Canon EF 100-400mm lens.

Q: 5. Will it fit to the Spider holster?

A: Yes, I wear it on my Spider holster. It's great to put memory cards, business cards, and even a small cell phone too.

Q: 6. What is the maximum waist size for this belt?

A: The belt fits waists 28 - 50 (71.1 - 127cm)

Q: 7. Will this work with a Hasselblad 500cm?

A: Yes, the peak design strap will work with the Hasselbald Lugs system but we highly suggest the following strap. FotodioX Shoulder / Neck Strap for Hasselblad Cameras BH #FOHNS • MFR #HASSY-STRAP https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/995351-REG/fotodiox_hassy_strap_shoulder_neck_strap.html/overview

Q: 8. Are the leather accents real or synthetic leather?

A: Yes, the leather accents on the Peak Design Slide Lite Camera Strap are comprised of real leather.

Q: 9. Does this Product support the use of Lens Pouches, or MAS system from Tamrac. It would be nice to your as a double up for a utility belt and holster

A: Due to the thickness of the belt and the lack of any type of fastening/securing method for lens pouches or accessory pouches to be attached to the SpiderPro Holster, it is not recommended to try to attach any additional accessories to the belt.

Q: 10. Would this work well with a Sony A7Rii? I saw one reply about an X-T1 working with it, but people seem to complain it is a bit big to be comfortable with a Nikon D600 which is bigger than a Sony A7/Fuji X-T1.

A: Hi Andrew,Thank you for your question. As you may know, the XT-1 has the shutter right atop on the camera body, which makes it very difficult for ANY hand strap to work.. The SONY shutter is more in-line with pro dslr in terms of shutter position, and so will benefit from that, as the Spider HS was designed for PRO bodies. We think the sony A7Rii should work with the current Spider strap especially using it's vertical grip (the cam body is very small for handling, as you most likely know already). Spider is working hard on a hand strap solution that will be designed specifically and will accommodate all mirrorless cameras. hope this helps, thank you, S

[Black] The deal is you can wrap this around your wrist even though it's thick enough to be comfortable on your neck. I like the longer length because you can sling it over your shoulder. I've used almost every strap made, these are the best.

[Silk] there's always a first time; and the Artisan & Artist braided silk cord camera strap is mine. It's perfectly woven, tight yet flexible and even a bit stretchy. I've tied the cord into the loop the manufacturers show in their product picture to use it as a wrist strap. Couldn't be more comfortable. I went with the black to pair with my Sony a7RIII although I can see how the red might be irresistible for Leica users. Is it crazy expensive? Of course it is. But I don't smoke or gamble or drink or chase wild women: as indulgences go, this one is pretty modest.

[5 x 3.4 x 1.3"] I've had Gordy's, clever supply, ona, and peak design straps.

This is on rangefinder.

I wanted a neck strap and a wrist strap.

I liked the idea of clever supply using peak design clips... I was able to switch between the wrist and neck strap easily... however, the large black plastic was obtrusive and made the camera sit at a weird angle when hanging from neck/shoulder.

I love this A&A strap....

It's not bulky. It has a nice stretch to it. I was afraid that the silk would slide easily on the shoulder, it doesn't.

I like that you can tie a simple clove hitch in the strap to create a shorter neck strap... I like that you can wrap it around your wrist to easily create a wrist strap... I like that it takes up no room in my bag... I like that it has leather protectors to protect the camera from the metal ring.

I love this strap and glad I finally found something to suit my needs.

[Black] Expensive for a strap. I got this to attach to a Leica M as I like to carry the camera in my right hand with the strap wrapped round my hand/wrist. This strap lets this happen more easily than the original Leica strap, which is more designed for 'over the shoulder' use. The strap can also be used round the neck. It is comfortable, but I wouldn't want it to be any shorter or narrower. I also like that it is quite low key in appearance no camera maker's name for example. The only negative would be the price, but hopefully it will be around a long time.

[Silk] Very well made. Works great wrapped around your wrist or on shoulder or neck.

[5 x 3.4 x 1.3"] I own the regular length strap for my Fuji Xpro2. After getting the GFX 50r, getting the extra king version was a no brainer. In terms of functionality, quality and aesthetic, the A&A strap is the best in the field. It is definitely pricier than other straps but you pay for what you get. The one I have on my xpro2 is 5 years old and it's still going strong. Using this strap as a cross body is extremely comfortable. 11/10 would recommend.

[Silk] The strap is expensive, but marries with the simplicity of the Leica beautifully. Out of the box it is a bit stiff but it softens with use. The strap takes up no space in the bag and is very comfortable on the neck. I got the extra long, and it is not extra long, but it is a good length for me. I usually like longer straps. With a few twists of the wrist, the strap comfortably serves as a wrist strap also.

[Silk] The flat profile of the silk strap makes for all-day comfort even with a heavy setup like Sony A1 and Sony 70-200 2.8 GM II.
When used away from the neck, the strap wraps nicely on the wrist.
For video shooting, the strap works smoothly for pans and tilts.

[Silk] Expensive but absolutely the most comfortable and beautiful strap ever owned.

[Black] This strap is top quality in form and function. The navy color is beautiful, and the silk breathes well in heat so it doesn't leave a sweat strap across your shirt. The cord is extremely strong and folds up very discretely in a bag. And it easily turns into a wrist strap by simply wrapping your arm through it a couple times.

On one hand it's a ridiculous price for a camera strap; on the other, it's by far the best strap I've ever used and I won't ever need to buy another. (Except that I just ordered another one for another camera.)

If you're looking for the best, this is a 10/10.
