A: The ASVS4-B is a 4 diameter single layer nylon pop filter. The clothespin style clip makes it widely compatible with stands and mics and can be used with mics such as the Blue Snowball or similar.

Q: 4. Is this Blimp too Long for the Sennheiser MKE 600 MIc?

A: This blimp would accommodate the Sennheiser MKE 600 shotgun microphone, but would require additional hardware. I would recommend the Rycote Super-Shield Kit for Shotgun Mics (Medium), BH #RYSSKM , which is a complete blimp kit.

A: Reliably up to 150' line of sight.

[0.035 lb] I used to weep when one of my OEM screens was crushed under foot. No longer. These work well, and are at the right price. One nice thing about them: They provide a slightly tighter fit over my Sony ECM lav heads. Tight is good. 5

[0.035 lb] We have 6 ECM-77s, four on wireless and two wired, and lose the original screens frequently. These screens are tough, fit very snugly (don't need a few spots of glue to hold them on) ,block wind and are readily available. 5

[0.035 lb] I don’t use this on an AKG. For me, this little clown nose is perfect for my Sennheiser 416 microphone. I work this microphone close-up. A conventional nylon stocking-type enormous circular windscreen doesn’t allow me to have a proper view of the script I am performing. This little pop filter is expensive but superbly addresses my need. A studio in Hollywood has been successfully using this on the Sennheiser 416 for three decades. When I must record in another studio I have this in my pocket. 5

[0.035 lb] Typical AKG quality, very good. We only use these for indoor HVAC prevention during live recording, but certainly a solid windscreen for gusts less than 10-15 MPH 5
