I was making my video Voice overs on a Large Diaf, Condenser mic and had a lot of work dampening the places, .This mic has a very wide frequency capturing a full range of sounds but isolating the voice, Also warm , low handling Noise for interviews, Fantastic build. As a reference compared with my enCore 100, is more sensitive about 7 db, wider dynamic range.

I was nervous as the clip looked about the right size in the picture, but it does not look like the broken one, so I wasn't sure. I had already bought a different clip from Shure and it did not work at all.
I got the clip and the cable snapped in just fine. Great that it was a 3 pack so we now have 2 spares.

I have tried most mice and this is the only one that suits my needs for both male and female vocals

The product was exactly what I was hoping for, a great entry level microphone. However, I only paid full price for said microphone, but the package also included a great XLR cable, as well as a really nice heavy duty mic stand, and little mic foam filter for free. The shipping was also free, and arrived the NEXT morning. I didn't realize the package would get here that fast. Thanks B&H.

After using this tripod for two weeks I have decided to update my review to five stars. Yes this tripod could be sturdier but it is extremely well made for the price. The quality of this tripod is comparable to my much more expensive and heavier Gitzo tripod. Considering its weight and price I do not think one could expect more.



I really like that MicroLite folds to such a compact size and weighs less than two pounds. You do sacrifice height and total stability, but if you need something very light and compact in a full size tripod this may be the one to get.

Just used it in a Deposition and worked perfect.

I wanted a compact tripod for an upcoming overseas trip and this looked like a good fit. I already have two Induro tripods and heads but they are still bulky for airline travel, hiking and city vistas. This Field Optics model is surprisingly sturdy and keeps my DSLR very stable. The lower overall height is fine as I intend to use it low down for waterfalls, landscapes and city lights. The reverse folding center section makes it very compact so its easy to drop into a camera shoulder bag. I added a skinny ballhead to keep the overall weight down. Very happy; lets see how it performs next month in the UK.

Great sound on vocals, if only that on/off switch was recessed like the SM58, this would be the perfect mic. It's a pain to turn on/off.

I use this for beatboxing and all around it is perfect.
