A: Hey Mike, to answer your question. Yes, this will connect to an 5D Mark III. The cable you need is already included. My only advice for you is to buy an additional battery as the monitor does not come with one. You can buy the same battery that the 5D uses and that's a huge plus. Hope this helps. The monitor is great, I've had it for about 2 months and no problems. Just a 5 sec lag when you start up the monitor and camera. So when you have them connected, just let it do it's thing and the image will show up after at least 5 sec.

Q: 7. How do I scale image up to fit screen? I have a Canon 6d, and I am getting a black border around my whole image in Live view, but not on playback.
