Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Their website compatibility list doesn't include the Fujifilm X100V. Is it compatible with the X100V, including shutter, autofocus, and recording?

A: Not that we are aware of.

Q: 2. Is this compatible with the Panasonic Lumix FZ1000?

A: no this will not support the Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ1000

Q: 3. Is this comparable with the Sony RX0M2 camera?

A: Yes, the Moza Mini-P is compatible with the Sony RX0M2.

Q: 4. Will it work with Nikon z5?

A: This would not be a good match. The camera's body weight alone is already close to the max weight capacity of the gimbal... Unless you were to use an extremely light weight lens that ensures that the overall weight does not exceed 2lb.

Q: 5. Can we do programmable moves?

A: We're afraid not. This is not a programmable head.

Q: 6. Will this work with the new Panasonic LUMIX BGH1 Cinema 4K Box Camera?

A: The Panasonic BGH1 weighs 1.2 pounds, so you will have 0.8 pounds left for other essential accessories.

Q: 7. Can this be mounted upside down on a jib arm?

A: In theory, yes, but the mass (weight) of the structure may reduce the max weight limit of the camera by some %.

Q: 8. Does the Mini P work well with the Sony Syber-Shot RX-100 VII. In particular I want to know if I can control the zoom on the lens from the gimbal ?

A: Yes it does. This is designed specifically for point and shoot cameras like the RX100 VII and it includes the needed control cable. However that cable is for start/stop recording. It is not for zooming the lens, which is not something you will be able to do with this gimbal in general. Zooming in and out with the lens on the RX100 VII which extends and retracts will throw off the balance. You will need to set the lens to one focal length only.

Q: 9. Will this work with the iphone SE2 and the Insta360 1 R action camera?

A: Yes, there should be no issues with either of those devices.

Q: 10. Can this be used on a jib crane

A: Yes, this has both 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads on the bottom which will allow it to be mounted on to something like a jib.

[Yes] After correspondence with B&H on product lines and availability , I selected the cinema contour to marry up with the projector specifications that were needed. It also worked well with the acoustic demands of the in wall speakers hidden behind it . The result was spot on. Excellent price coupled with exceptional performance. B&H got the job done. Pro service for pro contractors.

[Yes] Assembly for very straight forward. Looks great on the wall. Really like the velour wrap around the frame. It does a very good job of rejecting light back onto the screen. Because of the size, (110 inch) I decided to put up a folding screen to cover it when not in use.

[Front] We use the screen in our church sanctuary once or twice a month. Installing it was an adventure with the weight and length, but several sections of scaffolding and a couple friends made the install move along nicely. The instructions for wiring were right on and it worked first try! The image is right on and visible the entire length of our viewing area (over 100').

[Yes] This screen was installed in a small conference room with an NEC projector. The screen can be wall or ceiling mounted, and this flexibility came in handy when we had to switch to a ceiling mount at the last moment. The screen presents very well, and is unobtrusive when retracted. The tensioning system works nicely, and we didn't have to change any of the factory settings for the drop. I would have liked to see some additional mounting holes for attaching the screen to studs in the wall, so the installer has more options for wall mounting.

[Yes] The screen was simple to mount (we used lag bolts and attached the screen to a wall.) The screen did not come with instructions on how to install the switch for a 120v motor...complicated the electrical install was inconsistent wire colors on the switch and the screen. After consulting an electrician and enduring his derision for working with this product - he correctly intuited the correct wiring configuration. A big thanks to the customer service at B&H. We ordered the screen 2 weeks from a graduation. The shipper lost the screen for nearly a week, without informing us. I contacted the shipper, who responded with a long distance shoulder shrug - explaining they would look for it again. Unable to motivate the shipper, I called B&H - they got involved, and the screen was in my driveway 36 hours later. Thanks B&H.

[1.3] We installed this in a rehabbed church space that's now a contemporary art gallery flush mounted it to an exposed beam and it looks and works great. That said, it's only been about a week, so maybe I'll report back later if I have any complaints! I was surprised that, for its length, there are only 2 mounting holes on either end, so I fear that it may sag over time. But again, too soon to tell. Where it does mount in those 2 places, it's on a solid plastic end cap/brace, so it seems like it will hold up well. It weighs about 85 pounds, so we had 3 people to install. We had to go about 17 feet up to the beam, we leveled, marked and pre-drilled & drove lag bolts into the beam and then used two extension ladders on either side to climb and carefully slide the projection screen/case up on the ladder's rails. Our 3rd person was on a 10ft ladder in the middle and was there as a spotter for extra support. It was then quite easy to hook it on to the lag bolts once we slid it to the top. All in all, it's an easy install, we opened the box and had the job done in less than 4 hours. Just be sure you have the wiring supplies and the proper mounting hardware and you'll have no problem!
