Input SDI video to your computer with this Magewell Pro Capture SDI 1-Channel Cardfrom Magewell. The Pro Capture SDI is a low-profile PCIe 2.0 card that allows for capturing one channel of SD/HD/3G-SDI input via a BNC connector, while also offering an SDI loop output on a second connector. The card supports numerous SDI formats and color sampling modes, a 2K mode, 10- and 12-bit color depths, up to 8 audio channels at 48 kHz, and output resolutions up to 2048 x 2048 with frame rates up to 120 fps. Pro Capture SDI is also capable of numerous video processing features, including cropping, scaling, deinterlacing, aspect ratio conversion, color format conversion, video frame rate conversion, and video OSD composition.

The Pro Capture SDI supports multiple cards per system and unlimited output streams with independently adjustable parameters per stream. Additional features include ultra-low latency, timestamp and A/V synchronization, and LED status indicators. The card supports Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, multiple APIs for Windows and Linux, and provides Windows SDKs for easier integration.

[0.5 lb] Pretty satisfied thus far, would definitely recommend as opposed to the decklink duos. Status lights on the rear are a nice touch as well, helps to immediately determine whether or not the system is receiving a signal without having to check anything else. 5

[5 to 90%] This is a popular card for having a good line TBC for interlaced video. This is what you want for capturing old home movies, whereas more expensive cards from BlackMagic that offer analog video/s-video have issues. So it is actually a really good deal for what it offers. I might have to order a second card as a back-up. 5

[5 to 90%] Plugged it in and it works for OBS Studio streaming, no drivers needed. More importantly, it is working to give a quality 1080p image from a Nikon DSLR through a 50 foot HDMI cable. (A different HDMI capture device would not give a signal for this same combination.) 50 feet is pushing the limits for HDMI, so I'm happy not to need an HDMI extender. 5

[SDI: 8-Channel] I'm a big fan of these capture cards. I've tried Black Magic's cheaper version of these cards and they were riddled with bugs. Their thunderbolt mini recorders were just as bad and unreliable. These cards run for sever hours a day, 5 days a week in our studio and have held up strong for the past two years. In regards to the loud fan issue using Mac products, I'm happy to say Magewell remedied this issue with the release of their 12/2019 drivers from their site. The card doesn't run at 100% fan speed anymore and is much quieter than ever. The old saying applies to this product you get what you pay for. These cards are worth the price. 5

[5 to 90%] Ths card installed quickly and the drivers were downloaded easily. The card works for HDMI and analog video. I have had great results with Magewell cards. 5
