Tamron's lens blocks the collar from fitting due to the USB-C female port for firmware updates. That small bit of bulk prevents any collar from fitting from the back.

A: you dont need anything else since this only fits the Nikon 14-24mm. Lee SW150 has adapters to fit different lenses.

A: This filter holder is dedicated to just the Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8 lens--it does not accept an 82mm adapter ring.

[86 mm] Does what I want -- namely, protects my objective lens from abrasion -- without costing a fortune. I have one of these on my 500mm 5.6f Nikon lens and one on my Kowa 883. With both devices, I'm often hiking around through thick foliage, etc. and I don't want to be futzing with lens caps. This filter gives me piece of mind that my main investment is safe from scrapes and scratches without sacrificing optical quality. And at the same time, if something happens to this UV filter, I can just get another one without having to shell out too much cash. 5

[0.225 lb] I have various NiSi products and while a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. Liners are smooth and am not concerned with placing my NiSi filters inside. Wish it held 2 adapters instead of one but then it might be too cumbersome. Happy with my purchase 5
