The Speed Strap wraps around the head of any shoe mount flash unit, and has a non-slip underside, so it won't budge when attached. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. I have a sony 330 and sony 65 will this bracket work on these camera's and if not what do you suggest thanks

A: Yes, that bracket and the TTL off camera cord it comes with works with the Sony a330 and a65 cameras.

Q: 2. I just bought this flash for my sony A3000 and I can't get it to work. Is there something other than just hooking it up and turning it on that I am not doing? Please help!

A: If it has batteries, is on the hot shoe and turned on, it should work no question. If you have done all of these things then you have an issue with the camera or with the flash.

Q: 3. Will this bracket work with the nikon D200 and SB900 flash unit?

A: No, it would not. The RPS Lighting RS-0420/S RPS TTL Digital Flash Bracket Kit for Sony Alpha DSLRs listed above is designed for use with Sony Alpha DSLR cameras that use Sony's Auto-Lock hot shoe, not Nikon DSLR cameras. As such, the above option would not work with the Nikon D200 DSLR camera. As the Nikon D200 uses the Nikon 10-pin remote terminal, you would need the RPS Lighting RPS Digital Flash Bracket Kit - Includes Bracket, Off-Camera Cord & Cable Release - for Nikon Pro SLR Cameras, B&H # RPFBN, for your needs.

Q: 4. Is this compatible with the Canon rebel T6?

A: Yes, the Canon Rebel T6 is compatible with the RPS Lighting D728AF TTL Dedicated Flash for Canon Cameras,

Q: 5. is it compatible with the 70d?

A: Yes, this flash is compatible with the Canon 70D.

Q: 6. Does this grid system fit Canon's 600ex-rt?

A: I don't have a canon 600 flash, but it fits all of my flashes (580 ex ll, vivitar 285s, canon 430 ex ll, and magnum flashes).

Q: 7. Comparing this with the Yongnuo YN-568EX and Polaroid PL-190. Does this flash offer manual exposure/power control? Would anyone recommend this flash over the two other flashes I am looking at? (This is for a d750 by the way, I would like to use it on camera and some off camera as well so optical or wireless trigger would be nice)

A: I am not familiar with the two flash units mentioned. I was looking for something not too expensive. It has worked fine for me and yes, you can manually vary the flash intensity. What I like most is that the horizontal flash angle varies with the focal length of the lens when used with a zoom. I am using it on a D 3200.

Q: 8. How far does it extend foward from the flash head?

A: About 7 inches

Q: 9. Does this modifier do the same as a scoop with a grid on it?

A: If you are referring to a light scoop as a device that provides indirect lighting, then no, the above modifier would not work as a light scoop. Light scoops are typically angled in front of a light source to prevent light from directly striking your subject, therefore, providing indirect lighting to illuminate your subject. A grid is designed to be connected to a light source and aimed directly at your subject for extremely directional, focused lighting (similar to a spot light). Grids are not used for indirect lighting; as they block light from heading in any direction other than straight from the source, they are extremely directional and must be aimed directly at the subject to be lit.

Q: 10. Will this work with my Canon Rebel T3?

A: The TTL Dedicated Flash for Canon will be compatible with the Canon Rebel T3, yes.

[Softbox] Small, usually delicate items can be problematic so far as handling and storage go. This case eliminates any problems of this nature. Filters are stored in one place, safe and sound, where you want or need them. Can't do better than that.

Highly recommended.

[Softbox] I've been carrying two packages of Honl gels around in their original plastic bag packaging for years. It works, but it's a pain and slows down the process of getting speedlites ready for a shot. This case has a continuous strip of Velcro down the center that the gels attach to quickly and easily. I now have them organized with spaces between types and colors of gels. No trouble holding two sets of gels. A third would likely fit okay, giving up a little of that space. They seem to be well made.

[11 x 11 x 2.7"] I use the Filter carrying kit to store all my color gel filters. I find that they are easy to pick from in the roll up case. If this case wasn't available, the filters would sustain damage easier. Thumbs up...

[0.39 lb] Securely holds 5 gel filters and keeps them from creases. The white lining helps see which filter I need quickly. I got another one for the other set of filters that I have.

[11 x 11 x 2.7"] I have a few sets of the Honl filters that I had been keeping in the original plastic bag and that wasn't a very useful solution. This was on my B&H wish list and the kids picked one up for by birthday. This little case is great! I now have all of the filters organized by type and they all fit into a convenient and easy to pack roll that I can just toss in my bag.
